AC Infinity AIRCOM S8, Quiet Cooling Blower Fan System 17 Rear-Exhaust for Receivers, Amps, DVR, AV Cabinet Components

Works as designed. Im utilizing the automatic mode.

Bought this for my A/V receiver. I have a glass enclosed component cabinet that was always too hot and I was tired of leaving the doors open all the time. This unit sits right on top of the receiver, over the vents, and can be set to be on all the time or go on at two preset temp limits. The unit looks nice - anodized black and fits well with my other home theater components. Its quiet and the airflow is really good with all three fans going. A little pricey for essentially 3 muffin fans but it does the job well

Does a good job of cooling and the automation of temperature control handles the job effectively. There is a little too much fan noise at level 3 and you would never want to run the fans at full speed. I currently have my receiver out of the cabinet for testing purposes, if it were in the cabinet, I wouldnt be as aware of the noise, but I am sure the db rating provided in the specs is for the lowest setting. The fans in my computer are quieter than these, so I will investigate a fan replacement. Additional benefit to the system is to form a skirt around the perimeter of the unit using foam weather strip. This reduced the leak-around of air and pulled more air through the receiver while reducing the sound somewhate.

I own 2 of these, they work great, keeps my receiver and amps cool during several hours of watching movies.

Blends in well visually with recent Marantz gear- looks like an extension of the equipment.Good value.

Unit is everything advertised. Easy setup and fits nicely with my other AV components.

loved that it cools, the receiver quickly, noise level is great ( not noticeable at all ) quality is very good, its lightweight and slim, nicely made. fits in my cabinet on top of unit perfectly. value wise is great, wish I knew about this cooling system before I had to repair my receiver from a over heated HDMI board. having to repair or replace a good receiver in the long run would cost way more then purchasing a cooling unit. lesson learned.

The fan noise is slightly noticeable but with sound from the AV Receiver / Stereo you will likely not hear it. Good value.
