Got to me in less than 30 hours, fits beautifully, works as advertised, whats not to love about this fan set up?. I dont think the switches are as fragile as the other reviewer has mentioned, especially as set and forget as they are. It does exactly what I need it to do, Keep my amplifier comfortable

I would have never thought to buy this product until shopping for a new amplifier and reading the differences of how hot they run which contributes to life of the product. I thought the fan would be too loud and interfere with the sound system, but it doesnt at all. Set the unit on auto and let it do its thing. Only wish the on light was a muted color instead of bright white. Wow! A product that does its job.

This product is amazing! At first I was like how is this going to cool down my AVR?... Well I took the chance and ordered the 17 for my Denon AVR, install was quick and easy. The manual book was easy to understand the features of the product. I place it over my AVR and turn it on, place my hands on the side of the air vents of my AVR and I can feel the suction of the fans working. I have mine set to smart setting and I see it turn on and cool down my AVR during movies. This product is well made, fans are silent when on and just looks like it belongs with the AVR.

Im not quite sure if I need this or not as my processor is not sitting inside of a cabinet, plus I live in the pacific northwest, but the Comcast box on top certainly gets warm. Not sure if I would have ever experienced a problem with heat or not but Im glad its there just in case.

Very nice product. Every home theater should have this.

This cooling plate is great. The feature set is much better than you get with ATM or Cool Components, at 1/2 the price (and a much nicer build). Mine as been running for 7 months now, on top of a very hot running Yamaha ZX-9 (one of the hottest running audio receivers ever produced - 130°F on top plate at idle). Also a very dusty environment. Keeps the amp cool and has latest with no issues.

The Aircom S9 is an excellent product to use for cooling your receivers or amplifiers. Its simple to use and does an excellent job of cooling my Denon receiver. Before buying the S9, my receiver would get really warm to the touch after about the time it takes for a movie to end. With the S9 sitting on top of it, theres virtually no heat coming from the receiver. Theres a newer version, the T9 which does the same thing but has a cool looking digital display and specific temperature selections for cooling your receiver. I would recommend the S9 or T9 as a must have to anyone who has a larger than average home theater system or stereo system. Keeping your components cool during usage will definitely benefit your audiofile investment.
