> 3 dayI live near the equator, so it’s quite hot and humid. I bought the aircom s9 to cool my new marantz amp and it does the job as advertised. I use the smart mode and it automatically adjusts the fan speed based on the temperature that’s being radiated from the amp. The fact that it remembers the last operation ‘state’ after power loss is a great feature. Also the provided power adapter is multi voltage (100-240V AC) . In conclusion it’s a well built, quite (relative to the fan speed) product that’s with the money!

> 3 dayBasically, it is perfect. The power amp never becomes hot, you cannot hear anything when the fan is running, and the other components in the rack never become heated. My rack is enclosed on three sides, the back is totally open, but that still creates a potential problem with heat build up. The Infinity solves that problem. All of the amplifier heat goes out the back, and the rest of my components stay nice and cool. On top of that, I think that the price is pretty reasonable.

> 3 dayGreat Product! Matches and fits beautifully in my set up. At full blast its a little loud but I fully expect that when the receiver is working hard, & honestly you cant hear it if youve got the music up anyway. I will be purchasing another smaller unit for the XB1

Greater than one weekReceivers and amplifiers get hot, particularly when watching movies with 5.1/7.1 sound or listening at high volume levels. This heat causes component and joint failure prematurely ending the life of your amp. This is a great product and cheap insurance to protect against heat, particularly if your receiver is not well ventilated (i.e. in a cabinet). It detects the temperature level and switches on convection cooling (fan extraction) as needed. Everyone with a decent receiver should buy one. Note that the top venting models are quieter than the rear venting models.

> 3 dayProduct used to cool the main amplifier of my audio system. Fits perfectly atop the amp. Setup was easy and instructions were uncomplicated. Just be aware product is exclusively designed to work best with devices vented from the top versus at the rear.

Greater than one weekWell worth it to protect my expensive AVR. Should have done it years ago. It just works, comes on about 20 minutes after I power on the stereo. Will even increase the fan speed if the room is warmer than usual.

> 3 dayJust what I needed to sink my Marantz into a cabinet. Watching movies at normal volume this keeps the temp cool. Ive only seen the fan speed showing 1/4, so has plenty of capacity in reserve to cool things down if necessary. Cant hear it on the couch 6 away even when the movie is paused. Super easy plug, play, set it and forget it. And it looks good!
