Are all rack screws created equal? Answer: DEFINITELY NOT !! Unlike many of the #10-32 rack screws available today these screws from AC Infinity are truly superior in design, construction, and ease of use. Features such as the captured, pre-installed nylon washers (that don’t fall off), the high grade carbon steel which is most often found only in high performance, hardened machine screws and industrial fasteners along with a self-guiding (un-threaded) Pilot Point design virtually eliminates stripping of the screw threads or Phillips head. No, I don’t work for the company but I do appreciate manufactures that still take pride in providing the end user with top quality products at a fair market price.

So much better than cheap screws, so much cheaper than going to the hardware store. Had a home project needed a good number of screws, literally bought these as the only option with a reasonable number, and a snazzy container to boot. I have never worked a telco-style rack where all the screws went in with no struggle. These screws are so consistently good, the one hole I had an issue with, I knew to re-tap as it was not the screw that was the problem.

Pretty decent deal. While stronger than the metals used by many other manufacturers, these are still fairly easy to strip out with a drill if you arent careful. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Great set of screws to have around when doing network rack work. Also bought the 12/24 sizes for other racks. Q!

These rack fasters have all the features you could want in a fasten for this purpose. The self guiding tip really helps getting it started and avoid cross threading. The nylon washer under the head is hard enough to not squish out from under the head when tightened. They nylon washers are captive on the screw and you do not have to dig to find them. The Philips head helps prevent the screw dirver from slipping and scratching the panel compared to a slotted head. We have now bought close to 10 jars or 500 screws. My only complaint it I wished they I could get larger quantities.

It seems silly to give an I love it! rating to a pack of rack screws, but these ones just get so many little things right. - The packaging is stellar. So much better than tear-open plastic baggies. If the number one problem with rack screws is losing them, this solves it. - It comes with the perfect, exactly-right washers. Rubber-backed, so no rack-rash on your gear! - The screws themselves are exactly right. The narrow feeder tip makes it easy to thread the first screw, even if the rack-piece is poorly-supported. The screws are just long enough and thread cleanly. Rack screws are annoying necessity, at best. These ones are so thoughtful about ways to reduce the annoyingness, that it makes them a pleasure to work with. Somebody out there cares about the thankless task of racking gear.

This is by far the best screws for any 10-32 rack mount! Comes in a nifty little container as well, which adds to the aesthetic on my desk.

So far, every screw has been a perfect fit. I was afraid they were too big/snug and stripping at first, but once they got started, the screws fastened perfectly. I used Gator Rackworks rails.

These rack screws are great! Easy to get them started, because of smart screw tip design. They come with nice nylon washers, to protect your rack gear. Will definitely buy again, and recommend to friends.
