Acer produces cheapest computers. The low price comes from cheap chips. Still worth to buy if want to save money.

Came on time, upgraded the ram to 32gigs, added a 2tb hdd and a 1tb ssd and it runs nice It you buy it you gotta upgrade the ram and storage and it’s pretty good for the price.

This laptop did not work out of the box. It had a loose cable on the motherboard that was preventing it from booting. The webcam has one of the noisiest images I have ever seen.

Received the item on May 4th. When the power is connected, the power does not come on. I applied for a refund now... Its too complicated.

Brand new laptop doesnt power on doesnt charge. Used multiple different outfits and chargers and still doesn’t turn on. I open up the laptop to try and fix the issue there is rust on the screws. It’s so bad four screws won’t even come undone they literally chipped away and broke my screwdriver. Do not buy, this is a scam

Got this as a christmas gift for my kid and its a good thing I checked it first. I plug it in and notice the charging light doesn’t activate. I try to power it up and it wont turn on. Hoping this gets resolved soon but even if I get a replacement it wont get here in time for the holiday. This review is going to be a 1 star pending a working replacement being sent.

Hands down the most inefficient hunk of ******* garbage I’ve ever had played games on, I must have a bad unit or something wrong with mine because no way anyone at acer company owns one of these more or less had used it in the last 6 years and said “oh yes it’s 700” Owned mine for about a month now and regretting it at least once a day. So dam tired with this 5 min boot at least, constant thermo throttling, and incredibly bad interior design, pc turns to a grill on my legs, and the super ***** processor they put in this from 2009! THIS IS A NAME BRAND COMPANY FOR **** SAKE!!! Buy the higher end model or don’t buy it at all I have no idea how anyone gave this 5 stars, BY FAR THE WORST AND SLOWEST CONSOLE IVE EVER PLAYED GAMES ON ( go buy any other brand and model for this price range I wish I would have done the same!!!)

The laptop came dead on arrival. No power and the charging indicator light also would NOT turn on. The charger is working because I tested it on my other laptop. Laptop itself is dead.

Ive had this laptop for two years now, as a personal Christmas present to myself and it still works perfectly! Not only does it play games efficiently, but it also makes work so much better in consideration with numerous apps and all that. Whenever it does go out, Im grabbing this one again.
