Product upon arrival would not turn on, or take a charge.

Like a moth to a flame I was mesmerized by the value and great review ratings and I ignored the fact that there are at least SIX REVIEWS IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS saying their machine (like mine) wouldn’t even turn on!! Most stores would recognize this as a problem but Amazon shamefully just keeps selling this junk. This was in my house 3 hours before I got my money back along with arrangements for them to pick up the craptop at my door to return it. I will find another (non Acer) laptop, and I will buy it from somewhere other than Amazon. There has to be a price to pay for knowingly selling defective products.

Buyer beware. Laptop arrived today, box was not damaged. Unboxed it, plugged in the charger, pressed the power button and nothing. Plug works and has other devices plugged in.

This is a pretty great laptop. Games run very well on it. The speed is excellent and the graphics are very nice.

Main issue is screen display all the way turned down while playing a card game, I’m lucky if the battery even lasts two hours! Disappointed about battery life mainly! Sucks having it plugged in all the time!

For the price, this is a solid laptop to be used for basic gaming. However, I would say that this laptop is not really great at anything it does. The SSD is too small for a lot of games to be installed, but it does have an extra SSD and HDD slot, so you can easily upgrade (which I did after about a month). The RAM is also lacking, but another easy upgrade to make. Another negative is the build quality. The laptop feels cheap and plasticy (which I dont think is a word), but for the price that you pay it can be expected. The battery life for basic tasks, like writing, internet research, and light movie watching is pretty terrible. At most I get 3-4 hours. But for gaming, you wouldnt use it off the charger anyways so its a mute point if you plan on using the laptop for its stated purpose.

Arrived in perfect condition. For medium gaming only. The RTX 3050 and I5 doesnt keep up with newer titles like the new Hitman series. 256 Gb storage is useless if you want to game. These days, it should be a crime to ship anything under a TB of storage. Wish I had paid the extra $300 for the 1TB and RTX 3060.

Plugged it in, no battery charging light. Not a good sign. Power button>nope. Didnt work. Not even once. A little quality control, maybe?

Hands down the most inefficient hunk of ******* garbage I’ve ever had played games on, I must have a bad unit or something wrong with mine because no way anyone at acer company owns one of these more or less had used it in the last 6 years and said “oh yes it’s 700” Owned mine for about a month now and regretting it at least once a day. So dam tired with this 5 min boot at least, constant thermo throttling, and incredibly bad interior design, pc turns to a grill on my legs, and the super ***** processor they put in this from 2009! THIS IS A NAME BRAND COMPANY FOR **** SAKE!!! Buy the higher end model or don’t buy it at all I have no idea how anyone gave this 5 stars, BY FAR THE WORST AND SLOWEST CONSOLE IVE EVER PLAYED GAMES ON ( go buy any other brand and model for this price range I wish I would have done the same!!!)

I may be biased or underqualified.... as my laptop I am upgrading from is 8 years old and was not a gaming laptop. This thing rocks! Definitely a massive upgrade from my Dell Vostro 3558 with a Intell 5500 UHD graphics card (a pretend graphics card).
