> 3 dayThis is my second purchase... these are so convenient with the hole for stringing on a ring, and the white block to mark the color is so worth the cost versus using regular baggies. PS...they’re really not pricey for the convenience.

> 3 dayLove these littlefloss storage bags. They make it super easy to keep your embroidery floss colors seperated & organized. Just write the floss color number that cordinates with the correct colored floss on the bag, then load them on a ring. Very easy to flip thru them to find your number your looking for.

> 3 dayNot as good as my older floss-a-way bags, which had a red stripe reinforcing the closure and hold punch to prevent break through in the ring. Older ones were made of slightly thicker plastic too. Still love these bags. Perfect size for up to 6 skeins of embroidery floss and easy to tuck away leftover cuts to use on that line leftover cross stitch. Cheaper than some smaller sized “pill bags” with write on area that I found at Walgreens (Use for when I just have a single cut left over).

> 3 dayI picked cross-stitch back up after a long break, and my floss was a mess. I had tried winding my floss onto the bobbins, but I like the convenience of being able to just put the floss into the little baggies. I sort them by number and put them on big silver rings. Super effective!

> 3 dayThe do exactly what they are intended to do! Also the hole for the floss ring is not located on the bag portion itself...so on the off chance it rips you are not loosing your floss like with some store brand floss bags. A 3x5 card will not fit exactly in the bag you have to trim it down just a bit. I cheat and buy pack of index cards just for these and immediately trim them and keep them together with my extra bags so that I can grab and go!! Woth the card inside the bags have more stability and fit perfect in a shoe box size container!!

> 3 dayIm giving these 5 stars because they do what they are expected to do. I like being able to buy floss and store it quickly (without winding). I like being able to see my inventory easily (Im almost out of this one, have a lot of that one). It was easy to write the number on each bag. Cons (things to consider)... A bit high priced considering these are just plastic bags (akin to a lunch sandwich bag) with a hole and a space for writing the floss color number. I dont think Id spend $8 on 100 sandwich baggies. And consider that most people who do cross stitch need more than 100 bags (as there are over 400 DMC colors), total cost will likely run most people around $40. Storage of the filled bags. I purchased the metal rings and ended up with 8 rings of bags. How do you store these? They were just a large mountain of bags of floss on metal rings. Then I got an idea - I have metal shelves in my craft room, I purchased S rings, and hung each ring of bags on an S ring on one of the shelves. Worked out pretty good but if you dont have the ability to do this, you need to think about how you are going to store.

> 3 dayThis is a very easy way to store needlepoint fibers. I also use the bags to store fibers for an active project. Just place all the active project fibers on a ring(s). This ensures you always have everything you need at hand for each canvas project. Sometimes simple solutions are the most elegant!
