For the money it is a LOT of product. Havent found pain relief to be a big part of it but will keep trying it.

Don’t know if this is why that time of the month was easier (pain wise) for me or not,.. but I’m sold!!

I am using this as a natural deodorant. It works better than any deodorant I have ever tried, including traditional clinical strength. I boil water and take it off the heat, I then add the bath salts (1 to 1 ratio), add any fragrance you like (I use rose water concentrate) some say to use distilled water and glass bottles, I did, just in case, but Im not sure that will matter to everyone. You then put it in a spray or roll on bottle. it will feel a little oily until it dries. You may also feel some skin irritation at first. I also experienced a bit of discomfort because after it dries it does not have the slip normal deodorant has, which also seems to have gone away on its own. I used a lotion that had a similar feel to Vaseline or a body powder, to give me that slip, until I didnt seem to need it. If my skin became bothered I just skipped a day. Bear in mind that it is salt, so after a shave or when you have cuts it will sting a bit. Also your skin must be very clean for it to work. It works by preventing the bacteria that causes odor from growing, like the Dead Sea nothing can grow there because of the salt content. Youll sweat, it just wont smell bad. Plus your skin will absorb the magnesium, and it lasts forever, so you get an excellent deodorant with health benefits that is super cheap!!
