I use magnesium flakes in a foot bath. I have used other brands, but this brand was cheaper so I thought Id try it. It works just like all the other brands on the market Ive tried. I dont agree with the directions though. They want you to use 3 cups for a foot bath and up to the whole 8 lbs. for a bathtub? I think they are trying to sell more of this. Other brands say 1/3 cup for a foot bath and that is what I have been using it for. It works just fine like the others too. Only thing I didnt like was the smell. It has a weird smell to it. I started added a little scented bubble bath also and that took care of that. Otherwise, it does what it is supposed to. Just dont feel you need to use so much!

I am impressed! I now agree with all the reviews that state that Magnesium flakes are absorbed quicker into the body compared to regular Epsom Salts. I noticed my sore knees from walking and sore arms from lifting were noticeably less painful after a soak in the Magnesium Flakes. I highly suggest you make the swap as well!

This stays with me longer than the stuff you get in a store. The relaxing and pain relief is very noticeable. I live with fibromyalgia and taking a bath every night has stopped the extreme stiffness from waking me up every 2 hours to change positions. You dont have to put as much as they have on the label. Put what you feel is needed. Remember, it will make you itch a little, but wont last long, so dont worry. magnesium tends to make you itch and if you do it put lotion on you’ll be fine ,but I don’t think you’ll need the lotion. Lotion comes in handy with their oil.

Hands-down the best bath salts ever. They really help me to feel relaxed and calm and ache free after a bath.

so relaxing. I add 2 to 3 cups of these flakes (depending on amount of relief needed) plus 1 tablespoon of water soluble vitamin C powder (to de-chlorinate the water) to a med-warm full bath, then I watch a 30 minute video while lightly running a wash cloth over all of my skin to help with absorption and exfoliation. Heals all that ails, body and mind. I bought a bath pillow to make the experience that much more comfortable. Another fibromyalgia sufferer here to testify mag chloride is superior to Epsom salts at reducing muscle pain and fatigue, aiding restful sleep, and calming an over-active mind.

This is better than epson salt. It is magnesium flakes and most of us are lacking magnesium. Helps with aches and pains. Helped get rid of restless legs and soreness after working out.

This bag is absolutely huge! The picture has a standard size permanent marker in it just to give you a size reference. We bought this for our high-energy 2 year old who is an awful sleeper. Since giving her very diluted baths with this a few times a week, she is definitely sleeping better. I can tell this magnesium helps her relax. We will continue to use!
