> 3 dayThis is probably the best on board air compressor you can find on market. It is really powerful even for ait tools. Yes you need to have certain skills to install it. Can be use for air horn, locking differential, adjusting wheels pressure for different off road condition.

> 3 dayThis thing is a lot more powerful than I was expecting (used to lesser portable compressors). I mounted it under the hood of my 4Runner with a Slee off road bracket. Paired it with an air on board oem looking switch and it fit and wired up just fine. Inflated all 4 stock sized tires 265/70/17 pretty fast. Pretty expensive but it seems like a quality piece.

Greater than one weekWorks great , installed as an Air up compressor on my 2019 Jeep JLU Rubicon , Had to repurpose a bracket from a rear tire carrier light bracket due to ARB hasn’t made anything for the new Jeeps , had to extend Hot wire to reach the battery as well as the red wire from the harness to my accessories switch under the glove box , took a couple hrs , but all in all I’m really pleased how it came out . Hope this review helps .

X3 for me
> 3 dayI bought this ARB compressor for my 2013 JKU after installing lift and 35 tires. I assumed I would install under the hood, but after talking with 4-whl parts decided to mount in the hidden compartment in the back. It fits great, keeps it clean and I can go from 20 pounds pressure to 40 in less than 2 minutes a tire. My only complaint was ARBs instructions, seems they could clarily the wiring instructions for folks like me not needing to wire up lockers. That said, ARBs tech was helpful clarifying.

13-04-2025Awesome little compressor, easy to install and very capable. It can fill a 33” tire from 18lbs to 50lbs in just 6 min, all four tires one after another. Just can’t beat the quality and look of ARB.

> 3 dayupdate: Contacted warranty support. Unbelievable easy and smooth to get the replacement part to fix the defective part. Id give 5 stars, except for the QA of the system before sale. Downside, their contact webpage is having a lot of 403 Forbidden issues... But, call them and things are very smooth! ---------------------Old Review - Before calling support----------------------- Of course I discovered a fatal flaw, after I went through the effort to install and use it. I discovered a crack in the cast iron in the manifold. Crack goes from air compressor sensor hole to main manifold bolt hole. Manifold wont hold air. At first, I thought the leak was in the aluminum cylinder threads. Nope! Ill contact ARB USA to see what they can do to fix it. Purchased in Jan 2020, so hopefully their warranty covers a manufacturer fatal flaw defect a 45 days after purchase. Not counting on it. Check your cast iron components prior to install! Save yourself the headache. I cant fathom how the QA missed such a major flaw.

> 3 dayThis compressor is great, and I would expect nothing less from a company like ARB. I mounted it under the hood of my 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ, and use it strictly for airing back up after a day on the trails. Will air up all 4 tires from 15psi to 35psi in about 10 minutes. Not bad considering the space and cost of this unit. Will also run air lockers if you choose to go that route. Not much else to say, it is just a compressor. The harness that came with the unit is great, really made for a simple and easy install. Switch fit into the stock TJ blank switch spots with slight modifications (nothing a small file couldnt fix). Worth the money by far. The only gripe I have about it, is that I didnt install it sooner :)

Greater than one weekShowed up with a broken connector. Good thing its inside my rig. The pressure valves arent set correctly they release before it shuts off easy fix with new springs. Happy with it other than those 2 issues. Airs up a 37/13.50/17 from 3psi to 30 psi in 3.5 minutes. Read the instructions! You may not need to remove the cover at like it states will save you 20 minutes of asking why. Highly advised to get the 1 gal air tank!

> 3 dayWhile the compressor is good to go (5 stars) shipping and quality checks need improvement. I had three units shipped to me before i received one that wasnt broken or missing pieces. The original shipment I received clearly had returned hand written on the box from the previous customer. Im still waiting on my refund nearly three weeks later.
