Half the time I booted this computer the mouse and keyboard functionality stopped working. I checked in the boot menu and all settings for topic were enabled and the drivers were updated. When it worked, it was great for gaming. Not as good as my GTX 1060 6GB laptop but AAA games can be played on ultra settings even on battery thanks to the Ryzen 5 cpu and battery combination. Mouse and keyboard issues seem like a common problem for Asus laptops. I dont have an external mouse or keyboard so Im not sure if that will solve the issue. Promptly returning my Laptop. Not worth $730 with tax.

Great all around laptop, good for casual gaming and great for work.

Just got this today, and I already love it. I wish it had a longer battery life (1 hr 40 min). As far as graphics and gaming goes, this is good for entry level gamers like myself

This is a nice lightweight computer with a lot of power to it. Great sound,Great colors. Super easy to set up with lots of links to other apps. So far the battery has been good and the computer stays fairly cool. Love the key board. It’s an all around awesome laptop.

Just after a few months in, the laptop has completely died with the only sign of life being the keyboard that lights up when I plug it in to charge. No screen, no fans running, absolutely nothing beyond the keyboard.

Very fast, great graphics at ultra settings 60 to 120 fps

Cuando la compré al principio no tuve ningún problema, era rápida y funcionaban todos los programas y juegos que le ponía. Pero luego que pasó 1 mes empecé a tener pantallazos azules en momentos en que simplemente estaba haciendo algo básico de una computadora, como abrir el navegador. Despues de 2 meses la computadora dejó de encender, le quité la batería y trate de encenderla solo conectada a la corriente pero no detecta nada. No funciona ni con la batería ni con el cargador. No puede ser que en menos de 2 meses ya se haya estropeado una laptop de este calibre, debe haber venido así de fábrica.

Great computer for the price

Dije que a los seis meses daría mi opinión pero han pasado 8 y la verdad es que no me quejo. El único dolor de cabeza que a veces da es que se me desconecta el WiFi de la nada pero no pasa seguido y más allá nada de problemas, sólo uno que otro detalle pero son cuestión de Windows y no de algún componente. Las bocinas no sé como pero quiero pensar que gracias a alguna actualización ahora suenan muy bien, mucho más claro y algo más fuerte que en el inicio. Mi tecla C está perdiendo el color y es la única, no sé porque pero noto que es en la parte de adentro de la tecla, como que se cayó la pintura, fuera de eso nada.

I should have known there was a catch for the price point and options of this laptop; if I would have known the only pro this laptop has against my FOUR YEAR OLD GAMING LAPTOP was the graphics, I wouldnt have wasted my money. The battery life is abysmal (~2 HRS). The OS makes it less ideal for control (at SOME point Ill familiarize myself w/ Linux since the obvious struggle for control over personal electronics is disgusting at this point). No CD/DVD drive (I know, should have paid more attention to the posting, but - more laptops for less $$$ still have this). The backlit colors for the keyboard arent consistent or customizable. The laptop has difficulty detecting simple audio jacks and USBs, and wont provide audio through them without SOME issue. And the storage...SSD kindly attempts to condense files, however if theres only a ~237GB capacity on the thing while SINGLE MODERN PC GAMES TAKE 50GB -100GB EACH ON AVERAGE NOWADAYS...its appropriate to assume this is just a basic laptop with nice graphic capabilities on which you must cycle mega games youd like to play if you want space to do ANYTHING ELSE on the laptop; I would not call this an official gaming laptop.
