Ive never hated a laptop before, but this thing is absolutely terrible. Its a source of frustration every single time I use it. I really, really wish the return window hadnt closed before I realized how bad it is.

This laptop was such a step up from my previous one! Games run extremely smoothly, and there’s no lag. (though for FFXIV I do have to cap my frames at 60FPS)

Excelente equipo, tiene un excelente desempeño para el precio que estás pagando y por la tarjeta gráfica que tiene ufff, es una excelente opción sí no quieres invertir demasiado dinero, tiene muy buen material de construcción, se siente muy solido, para trabajo cotidiano no hace ruido, me gusta que el segundo ventilador que es para la GPU también funciona para refrigerar la CPU, así que si solo la usas para trabajar en cosas cotidianas estará excelentemente refrigerada.

bought this for my daughter for getting good grades. the RGB backlit keyboard is a cool feature though not as tactile as I would like but she loves it. monitor is super bright. it can get a tiny bit loud when moderately gaming. the battery life seem to hold a decent charge for most of the day when just on and about 2.5 hours when playing Minecraft.

Im not someone who knows a lot about the details of computer. I just know that we use computers for every day life, & using it for playing Spotify, watching Netflix - were not big gamers. So I know this computer is made for that, so to be fair, we arent a review that would give any ideas on that side. For every day life, the computer is wonderful. The speed on it is fast, the sound is nice - though, as loud as it goes, Im surprised it would be beneficial for gaming - its not super loud.... I see a lot of people complain about the keyboard always lighting & I dont know if theres a way to turn it off - it doesnt bother us though. I really like the keyboard & the way it feels. I think this would be a great computer for a teen or college age with the lights & the high tech look to the computer. Wish I could tell you more on the gaming - but as for someone who is all about Spotify, Pinterest & blogging, it works great for me!

I bought this computer to replace my 10 year old Alienware. So far after 3 weeks I love it. Super fast start up. No FPS lag set at ultra or high settings. i installed a 16gb memory upgrade pretty much immediately. Cheap and easy upgrade. Fortnite and Tomb Raider look and run fantastic and the graphics are incredible. I totally recommend if you are a casual gamer and also need a budget friendly laptop. Also it did come with a 256GB hard drive but there is a port for another internal hard drive.

The laptop worked great at first and played everything I wanted it to as expected for its specs. But For the past couple months i have had raising concerns with overheating, reaching max temps of 99 degrees Celcius, and hovering around 90-95 degrees in game. This past week it has been shutting down at random while playing games, even when it is running cool and under 80 degrees, and will not turn back on for a few hours, only the keyboard backlights blink every ten seconds and the charger indicator. Then it will turn back on like normal. Has happened 6 times now. At first it seemed obvious that it was because of overheating, but not it just happens at random.
