Athalon Everything Boot Bag/Backpack - Ski - Snowboard

I have been using this for one year. It is well constructed, has ample space to fit all my gear and the price for what you get is very reasonable in my opinion.

My husband told me he wouldnt use the (hidable) straps, but found them handy when he had to carry his own stuff and help another skier who had been injured. We did snip the stitching on one edge of the top inside fabric casing so we could melt the ends of the straps and handle more, given the reviews indicating that the handle ends can strip and pull out (thanks to reviewers who indicated this from their own experience!). We found that these ends could be melted more completely (my husband used a soldering iron for control, since the ends are short) so they couldnt strip and were fatter; my husband then tacked the casing back to the still-hot material, saving me some hand-sewing work. Everything else appeared very well made. He did have to write on it with a silver sharpie for labeling, as it has no built-in shipping tag and reviews say add-on strap ones tear off in airline transit. He had no problems whatever with this on his trip, and was amazed and amused at how much he could pack... and pack... and pack... into this after he had his boots and helmet in the appropriate compartments. He loved it! It carried everything his ski bag didnt. Definitely appreciate Athalons workmanship in general and would buy other products from them as needed.

I bought this bag about 2 years ago and it has been holding up great. I cant wait to use it for a third season. I love how big and roomy it is and how I can fit everything that I need in it. The boot pockets are nice since there is a port at the base where water and snow can escape and its separate from the main pocket. I havent needed to clean it out since it doesnt get as muddy as I thought it would. I loved mine so much and I got a ton of compliments, so I bought one for a friend and she loves it. I recommend this bag to any skier who wants to have all their equipment in one place and looking for something durable.

I haven’t mountain/resort tested this bag yet but I loaded it with my boots and there’s still plenty of room in the center partition for goggles, a helmet etc. There’s a really good overall amount of space for your gear and this will make the walk off of the mountain a heck of a lot easier. Looking forward to testing it in the real world soon!

Boots, bib, coat, base layer, helmet, gloves, 2 pair of goggles and bunch of extras ! Handles seem durable as well. Great bag for the $$

These boot bags are perfect! I ordered the lumberjack print for myself and the black and grey camo for my boyfriend. These bags fit everything we need in them. Our boots (drainage system is great!), our helmets, goggles, gloves, snow pants, extra jacket, water bottle and snacks. Once we are geared up we put all of our regular stuff inside them and they show away great. Just grab from your cubby and go! I recommend these to all of my friends and get compliments on the bags all the time. Worth the price and they’ve held up very nicely. A great buy!

Have had this boot bag for three years now and travelled with it a number of times in those years. Great bag. The material is solid. Lots of room - I wear a size 12 boot and still get my helmet and a bunch of other stuff in the middle compartment. Would buy it again.

This perfect bag to carry ski equipment.. Easy to wear light back pack

My boyfriend bought this bag for me and I absolutely LOVE it. As others have mentioned you can put so MUCH in it! I love that you can wear it as a backpack freeing you hands up to carry your ski bag and suitcase. I have used it several times now and only have one recommendation to make. To preserve the bag I put my ski boots inside a heavy duty plastic bag and then place inside the boot bag. This also comes in handy if you are leaving the slopes and your boots are wet you probably dont want to put wet boots in the boot bag. I just ordered one for my son-in-law for his birthday (he just bought his first pair of skis and boots). I hope he enjoys it as much as I have. I would imagine that there are other uses for the bag other than a boot bag. I can see using this for trips in the summer; the compartments are great for segregating your stuff so you can find things more readily.

LOVE this bag! Talk about holding everything but the kitchen sink!! This boot bag holds both ski boots, helmet, goggles, 2 pairs of gloves, ski pants, 2 ski jackets, socks, face mask, and MUCH MORE. I wear a 25.5 boot and there is plenty of room to put more stuff in the boot compartments. There are drainage holes for the boots and the boots are separated from the middle compartment so all your other items stay dry. I bought 2, one for me and one for my husband, so we can carry our gear on our flight. As some people mentioned it did arrive with a strong smell from being in plastic, but I let it air out a day and it was fine. I LOVE the 2 hardy straps to carry as a backpack and it has a comfy rubber handle you can carry it with too. I highly recommend this bag!! If you way over stuff it I dont know if it will fit in overhead compartment on a plane. I will let you know. Im going to over stuff mine and put very little in my husbands just in case.
