Greater than one weekLoved this boot bag, and I really wanted to keep it, however it didnt fit in the overhead compartment of the plane. Also, I found it to be a bit too big. Yes, it held ALL of my wearable ski gear (coat, pants, helmet, gloves and extras), but was very uncomfortable to wear as a backpack since the weight distribution was off. I looked at the measurements and found that it was basically 17-18 inches square (back and bottom) thus too wide to get through the opening of the airplane storage space above me, and would not fit under the seat in front of me either (I ended up taking one of the boots out in order to flatten it enough to slide through the storage opening. If you are not planning on flying with this (or plan to check it in), then its an awesome bag, well made, with plenty of room and nice extra storage features and clips. Since I am only 52, this bag is just too big to carry comfortably.

> 3 dayFabulous bag especially for the price! I saw a similar bag in a ski shop close to my home that was $99! I have to say this bag is WAAAAYYYY better! And with Prime I got it in two days, which was perfect for my upcoming ski trip to Colorado. This bag has a great color, which means you wont mistake it for the countless other black ski bags out there. Plus so many pockets for stashing lots of stuff. It holds boots, helmet, gloves, pants, socks, protein bars, key clips... I cant say enough good things about this bag. It is also made really well, which means you can take it on many a ski trip. Thank you, Athalon!!!

> 3 dayMy husband told me he wouldnt use the (hidable) straps, but found them handy when he had to carry his own stuff and help another skier who had been injured. We did snip the stitching on one edge of the top inside fabric casing so we could melt the ends of the straps and handle more, given the reviews indicating that the handle ends can strip and pull out (thanks to reviewers who indicated this from their own experience!). We found that these ends could be melted more completely (my husband used a soldering iron for control, since the ends are short) so they couldnt strip and were fatter; my husband then tacked the casing back to the still-hot material, saving me some hand-sewing work. Everything else appeared very well made. He did have to write on it with a silver sharpie for labeling, as it has no built-in shipping tag and reviews say add-on strap ones tear off in airline transit. He had no problems whatever with this on his trip, and was amazed and amused at how much he could pack... and pack... and pack... into this after he had his boots and helmet in the appropriate compartments. He loved it! It carried everything his ski bag didnt. Definitely appreciate Athalons workmanship in general and would buy other products from them as needed.

> 3 dayThis is the best bag! I can fit everything in on spot. Ski boots on the side and in the middle: heavy jacket, 2 heavy pants, 4 base layers, helmet, goggles, gloves, and socks. Love this bag!

> 3 dayI got this for my 9-year-old daughters ski things. It holds her boots, helmet, goggles, hats, gloves, etc. and her ski clothes - snow pants and jacket, and there is still room for more. It is a bit big for her, but she can still carry it pretty comfortably. When emptied, it fits in the larger-sized lockers at the ski hills. It is a nice, durable bag.

> 3 dayCenter storage area is huge. I was worried that helmet and gloves might be a tight fit. I have Helmet, goggles, 3 pair of gloves and plenty of room to spare.

> 3 dayWe bought this for my daughter to carry her ski gear in on ski trips. This bag is huge. She can fit her boots, helmet, gloves, ski pants, coat, hand warmers, and still have room. The bottom has feet and drain holes on the boot sections. It seems well made and we used it all season, going at least 20 times. Im getting one for me next!

> 3 dayIt does not stand up well enough on its own to make it easy to load and unload. You have to hold it up/open to do anything. Once youve got some stuff inside it then makes it annoying to put the boots in and out. Since the bag doesnt really hold its own structure, more contents make it distort and then pockets and zipper become misshapen and harder to use. I went with a Kulkea which costs more but is a lot nicer, tougher, sturdier, and easier to use.
