Es importante descargar el CMS software desde la página de AVKANS para poder configurar la cámara, sobretodo si se conectan varias cámaras a la vez. En general es un producto de excelente calidad, fácil de configurar y utilizar. Lo recomiendo altamente.

Camera came in very fast and had it working in no time..... With one issue, the camera and software worked but we use OBS for livestreaming! I emailed the seller to ask if there were any tricks..... Within the day, the seller had tech support on it. They worked with me over an hour until they gotmit working and it wasnt even a camera issue but more OBS. Even after that, they did a personal tutorial with me on some of the features! Incredible camera and customer service!

To start, let me be clear, I didnt need tech support because of the cameras. It was a self inflicted wound. I attempted to reset cameras to default, but once I did it I could no longer access camera. I was in the middle of a production and could not afford to not have 1 of 2 cameras connecting. I sent an email to Avkans and received a reply Friday evening asking if they could connect via TeamView. I provided access and within an hour Jenny had be back up and running and provided a firmware update. The important things to me were: 1. Amazing fast response 2. Provided support to a camera that was out of warranty To me, this company and this person epitomizes what support should be about and what companies should be! Thank you Jenny and Akvans!! Give her a big raise!

I purchased this camera and am very pleased! Upon plugging it in at my church the picture quality was noticeably better than our other cameras right away! I needed some help setting up the auto tracking and tech support was awesome and super responsive! The tracking is great too from what I can tell. The prices are excellent! I am going to by more cameras...

I was shocked at how great the quality of this camera is and how easy it is to maneuver. The thing that keeps me coming to Avkans is the outstanding customer service. Great product!

This is my 3rd AVKANS camera. The first 2 were the X20 and X30 models. When I saw that this camera had a tracking feature, I had to try it out. I use these cameras in a classroom environment for a local museum. Previously I would use a PTX controller to manually move the camera around. which was difficult to stay on top of when you are busy with other tasks. The first time out I set the tracking on the speaker, and it stayed with them the whole 3-hour presentation. This allowed me to focus on running the slides and even adding some picture in a picture footage to the final product. In addition to the tracking, the major pluses are the built-in NDI and power over Ethernet. This allows me to operate the camera from over 50 away with a single cable. For those of you interested, my setup consists of the following Black Magic Design ATEM Pro switched PTX Optics Superjoy Net Gear Switch with PoE AVKAM X30 Camera AVKAM X20 Camera And the auto tracking AVKAM camera. By using multiple cameras I can use the X20 and X30 for focusing on members of the audience when they are asking questions and the auto tracking to follow the instructor. It took a little while to configure the new camera to the SuperJoy, but AVKAMs support offered great assistance via email and within 24 hours on a weekend had a working solution.

A big Thank You to your team for the support on the camera setup for our church.. Ill like to especially thank David, Bruce & Jenny for the support they gave via a remote session to resolve some connectivity issues between the joystick and the camera. They performed some troubleshooting, upgraded the firmware, and reconfigured where necessary. It was definitely needed because we had spent a few days trying to figure it out ourselves. We also found out that the camera sent was of a higher grade than the ones we ordered, so that was a plus for us. Overall, the customer service was great, and I recommend their product and services to anyone.

We are utilizing this camera in our church for the Auto Tracking feature. It is working very well for our application! The setup was simple. The downfall for us we operate on an all MAC system so we can’t fully access the windows based programs which would make it even easier for programming. The customer support has been absolutely INCREDIBLE! We are thrilled with all this camera offers and would recommend it, and even will purchase another!

As we all know customer support is a hit or miss thing. Most companies couldnt care less about you and a tech issue you are having. To my surprise, AVKANS is unlike them. Very good support. Had an issue the other day and sent an email to their support center. Within an hour I received a reply, setup a Teamviewer session, and had the solution that fixed the problem. All from halfway around the world!! I cant get a local support person from another company to help me from their center 5 miles away!! Based on this level of support, I would have to recommend AVKANS to everyone. The picture is great, the zoom is fantastic, and the tracking capability is beyond belief. Add to that the support level, you cant beat it.

AI Tracking works very good and the camera replaced me having to do all the manual work.
