We are utilizing this camera in our church for the Auto Tracking feature. It is working very well for our application! The setup was simple. The downfall for us we operate on an all MAC system so we can’t fully access the windows based programs which would make it even easier for programming. The customer support has been absolutely INCREDIBLE! We are thrilled with all this camera offers and would recommend it, and even will purchase another!

The camera is great. But whats better is the tech support! They saved my back side! It can be a bit daunting at first set up, but its to be expected. Great instructions and tech support was crazy fast responsive! So thankful I went with this name brand that stands behind their product and its application. I was very concerned Id be left in the dark if I got stumped on a detailed issue. But I reached out and in less than 10 mins I got a response. Thats service!

I had this camera for work but was unable to use it for a ZoomRoom. This camera is great and works as advertised, but we were unable to use it as intended because it does not support PTZ over USB. Our ultimate goal was to use the camera in a ZoomRoom, but we were unable to control the camera from the rooms iPad controller because the camera did not support PTZ over USB. However, this is an excellent low-cost PTZ camera with very good zoom!

The AV-E20-NDI PTZ camera was bought as a gift for our church. The set up was very straight forward. I had some issues connect a network controller plugin in OBS to control the PTZ part of the camera. Jenny from AVKANS was very helpful and help me set it up. She was very responsive to my emails and helped me get everything straightened out in the end! The image quality is great! WE used it for the first time at church and the difference from our 10 year old sony handycam is staggering (comparing apples and oranges, but still)! We love the clarity even when zoomed in (had a little trouble focusing, but it may be the amount of light that we had and how far we had to zoom in). I would definitely recommend giving AVKANS PTZ cameras a whirl, especially when trying to make a budget. I would love to have at least two or three.

This is a great little camera that makes it a snap to set up and stream or conference. I have installed several Avkans cameras and every time its easy quick and easy if I ever need help or a quick answer, they are there with help. The image on these is nice and sharp, they easily feed into equipment with multiple connections and controls. I did a courthouse setup, but they would great for a church or meeting room as well.

I have three AVKANS Cameras, the 20x SDA, 30x SDI and AutoTracking. They are all amazing for the price. The 20x and 30x have worked flawlessly for over a year and the AutoTracking looks great in my testing. I replace Canon G50s which had slightly better optics, but these are good enough for our church service and having a true IP PTZ camera is much nicer.

It really does what it promise.

For my business that I both Zoom and lecture, I bought this auto tracking Avkans camera. I got it and had it up and running for my Zooms using USB cable, in 15 minutes. Then today, I connected a HDMI cable to the camera and to my ATEM Mini Pro. Worked perfect again. Full control of video in Menu on remote control. Set it to 1080p using the micro dip switches on the camera. Used the remote to both set presets and auto track. Read the instructions, and its actually quite easy to get up and running! And the camera performs as advertised! Thanks Avkans!

Si quiere sacarle el máximo provecho a la cámara tiene que comprar el control PTZ Avkans, yo compré uno más económico y no tengo la función de velocidad de zoom y velocidad del pan y tilt ya que según el soporte técnico de Avkans el control que compré es para cámaras de seguridad.
