I demand a lot from my facial cleanser - I expect it to thoroughly remove my makeup as well as clean my skin. Very few products do this but Basis surprised me. I never tried it before but found it on sale with Subscribe and Save. What a great product! Basis removed my makeup, including thick black mascara, with a rich lather. The scent is refreshing and light and the S&S price is a great value. I have combination skin and this gel suits me perfectly - not too drying or too emoillent. It just leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean. Im stocking up now.... the Basis cleanser is an excellent product that should work for a wide range of ages and skin types.

Ive used countless types of face washes and I always go back to Basis. I first started using Basis over 10 years ago in college. It smells great, its light, leaves your skin clean, takes make-up off easily. It leaves a light refreshing scent, nothing strong. I feel like my skin is actually clean after using this, no residue, no tightness in skin or burning. I also have sensitive skin and this has never irritated me. This is my go to face wash and I order it in bulk, Im so scared they will stop making it as I no longer see it in stores, I hope not though. So glad Amazon carries it.

I love this cleanser. Great at removing every trace of make up and not drying out my skin. My 16 YO uses it too and it is better than any acne cleanser. He was breaking out and I had him use this and his face cleared up. Then our local drug store stopped carrying it so we just used cetaphil and he started breaking out again. I switched to netrogena acne cleanser and he got worse. Found this on Amazon and his face is clearing up. This stuff is way better than anything we have ever used.

This reminds me of Clinique - I am absolutely in love with the scent, the delicate soft of the product, and the way it leaves my face feeling clean and moisturized.

I’ve been using this for years. Honestly like it better than many high end brands and you can’t beat the price! Removes just about everything and doesn’t leave your face overly dry or tight. Not overly fragranced just clean. One thing I always liked best about it that it’s soap free but lathers nicely so that you really get the feel of washing your face. Not just smearing it with gel and rinsing it off. I appreciate that it’s oil free too. All around good product that I subscribe to so I always have it on hand. Can be hard to find in stores.

There are a lot of facial cleansers out there that are fine, but many cost a lot more than this, with dubiously valuable ingredients. Truth is, facial cleansers only stay on your face for a very short time, so any additives hardly have a chance to have any effect! When you need is something to remove excess oil without drying out the skin. This stuff is perfect for that. Basis is a very trusted brand. As a physician, I have long recommend Basis brand products to patients who needed simple, gentle cleaning without extra potential irritants and allergens. It smells pleasant without being perfumy. It washes off quickly and cleanly without drying the face. Its my go-to facial cleanser for everyday, and I put some into a mini-size, sealable container for when I travel. Very economical, especially in the three-pack. No drawbacks or hesitations. Highly recommended!

This stuff is AWESOME. First - love the smell. Lemongrass and cleanliness just floods out when you put it in your hand. Second - you don’t need to use a lot AT ALL. It foams up really nicely and washes off, leaving your skin feeling smooth and soft. Lastly - it’s really helped to clear up my skin. I have acne every once and a while (32 female) and I haven’t had any breakouts on this. Not to mention, my rosacea is much less noticeable once I started using this and rosewater/witch hazel. I will definitely be ordering this again. Is also helped my 13 year old daughter with her acne. I love the three pack as well!

Best face wash on the market in my opinion. I’ve used this stuff for years and was glad to find it available in multi packs here on amazon when retailers like Walmart stopped carrying it.
