Guys, this stuff works wonders, no joke. Ive been suffering from adult acne for over a year and its been horrible. Ive tried salayic acid, face wash, clay masks, those little clear stickers, everything and my face was still soaked in oil with acne along my chin and neck. After only two days, let me repeat that, TWO DAYS, this stuff started evening out my skin tone. I was even able to go out without foundation on which I would never have been able to do beforehand. My acne is 90% reduced, my face feels clean, and I have less oil. I use it twice a day now. Makes my skin feel so refreshed.

Not for hypersensitive skin. Sensitive skins stick with regular Basis soap bar instead of the cleanser. Depending on how sensitive your face is, you will eventually turn red like a cooked lobster. Works well for non-sensitive folks though.

This is my favorite facial cleanser, and it can be hard to find in stores.

When the skin on my face started reacting negatively to a ton of different products, I decided to switch from Basis soap to this gentler and easier to rinse off face wash. It has made all the difference! It does contain sulfates and silicones, though, two ingredients I wish Basis would remove. Still, despite my sensitivity to dimethicone (silicone), I dont have a reaction to this gel, probably because I rinse it off so quickly and thoroughly. Im waiting for the day, however, when I can no longer use it, and it will be a sad day indeed. My face always feels fresh and not-too-dry after using it. I considered giving this five-stars because I use it everyday and keep ordering it; however, the presence of dimethicone worries me. I love this cleanser. Great at removing every trace of make up and not drying out my skin. My 16 YO uses it too and it is better than any acne cleanser. He was breaking out and I had him use this and his face cleared up. Then our local drug store stopped carrying it so we just used cetaphil and he started breaking out again. I switched to netrogena acne cleanser and he got worse. Found this on Amazon and his face is clearing up. This stuff is way better than anything we have ever used.

Best face wash currently on the market. Takes makeup off completely, especially foundation....mascara too, but I still use by eye oil to remove mascara after washing (my choice). It foams up so much, you only need a small pea-size dollop to wash entire face. Some people say their face feels a bit dry after washing, but really this is just what clean feels like. After washing at night, I wake up to the most soft feeling skin. Ive noticed that in the am, my face has a nice tone. Ive used this product for over 12 years. The squeeze bottle used to be sold at Walmart but now they only sell the bar soap. I prefer the bottle and can only find it on amazon. I bottle lasts me 1 month of face washing 2x per day.

This is an awesome basic face cleanser. I love how it smells, lathers, rinses, and how my face feels afterwards. Skin is clean and soft. This cleanser is said to be for normal to oily skin. But if you have sensitive skin that is not SUPER sensitive, Im sure you can use this. Thats the kind of skin I have. I tried other formulas that are made for sensitive skin (Cetaphil) and found those to be too gentle that it didnt give me the clean feeling I wanted. This cleanser took off my make-up and really gave me balanced results--dry parts were cleaned without over drying and oily parts were cleaned and unwanted oils were removed. I stopped using this cleanser for a while only because I couldnt find it in stores anymore. Im so glad that Amazon carries it and at an even better price than before since Im using Subscribe and Save. I highly recommend this cleanser. I only wished it came in a more convenient pump dispenser. Last note: Make sure you do not get this stuff in your eyes. I feel like when it gets in my eyes, its more painful than when I get shampoo/soap suds in my eyes. It might be effects of the minty botanicals... but just heed my caution.

Gentle for sensitive skin, but completely dissolves makeup. Doesnt feel greasy like cream cleansers. Just right!
