> 3 dayThis is by far the most delicious protein Ive had. Im really picky with the flavors and I hate the chemical taste or stevia after taste left in your mouth after some of the other brands. But this one tastes a little like a chocolate ovaltine. So easy to digest also. Since its been so easy to drink this consistently throughout my day, Ive finally been seeing results with my workouts. I mix it either with a glass of milk in the Blender Bottle or with some cold brew and a splash of milk . So happy I found this!! Just tried the vanilla flavor and its like drinking a vanilla ice cream shake - so delicious!

> 3 dayIn addition to being very delicious, the powder mix is very light and well grounded! A night and day difference from the old whey protein mix I was using! Definitely an upgrade in overall quality!

> 3 dayThis product is pretty amazing! It was recommended to me by my sister-who is diabetic- but is very active and fit (her nutritionist told her it was the best choice of whey protein)!! It does not disappoint.. 20g of protein and only 120-ish cal. I think your body wont process more than 20-ish gr. of protein per sitting anyway. I am taking because I am trying to get in shape- joined the gym, eating more healthy bla bla. I wanted to lose the weight I had put on during the holidays, and my trainer recommended increasing my protein intake. Although eating more fish/chicken is ideal, I am a FT college student and work PT time so my schedule is hectic needless to say. But now, I just make a big shake in the morning and take it with me when I know I wont have time to eat a proper lunch. Its tasty and I get my protein.. WIN WIN..Although it really doesnt taste bad with just plain water, I recommend mixing it with some skim milk and fruit for added taste and nutrition (I have choc. fudge flavor). Actually, the best shake with this is: 1cup milk, 1tbsp of peanut butter, 1/2 banana, 1 serving [choc. fudge] powder and blend! MMMMmmmamazing. Lastly, spoon and cup doesnt work too well, BUT you DONT need a blender in order to mix it thoroughly, as long as you can shake it in something with a lid (water bottle). GET IT!! GET IT!!

> 3 dayThe product is very good and the smell it like a vanilla cake mix. Great taste. If you mix it with other fruits and 2 percent milk its awesome. The only thing was when I opened the can it was just over half full. Its still a great price.

> 3 dayThis protein powder has a good taste, mixes well in a blender, and has high ratings for being free of chemicals and heavy metals. After some reading, I found this is one of the lowest cholesterol whey protein powder that was listed on the web. The puori brand one was the highest rated for quality. However that has more cholesterol. I bought this one and have been having it every few days after a hard workout. Not a lot of sugar and and no artificial sweeteners, which is good (to me. ) I will buy it again. I may try an unflavored protein. I would like to try the organic biochem, but it is much more expensive. Some notes: the scoop is buried in the canister and can be hard to find. The canister top seals well, so it stays fresh. If you don’t mix protein powders you probably don’t know that they don’t mix well in cold water or anything ice cold. Room temp for the best mixing. I use ice cold skim milk in a blender for 2 minutes with half a boiled green plantain, 2 tbsp peanut butter powder, 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt, half cup of Ezekiel cereal and the biochem whey. About 65 to 70 grams of protein. Mixes smooth.

> 3 dayI, personally, did not like this at all. I tried it with milk and it tastes like milk gone bad. Tried it in a fruit smoothie with water and frozen oj concentrate, left a bad taste and feeling in my mouth. I couldnt drink it. When I open the container it smells like spoiled milk. Wasted money because I cant use it.

> 3 dayI bought the 14.9oz container of the vanilla whey protein after reading the review written by John P. Now that Ive gone through almost half of it, Ill most likely be ordering the largest size available soon. The taste is 10x better than the cheap whey you might buy at a local grocery store, and it mixes well in a blender (I cant say much about the shake containers). If mixed well, the taste isnt overpowering and compliments fruits or other items you might want to mix with the powder. There is a sweet taste, but I would say its semi-sweet compared to pure vanilla extract or maybe white chocolate. Fructose from the fruits you mix in will be more prevalent to the taste. I personally like this recipe: Banana Delight Ingredients: 8 oz pure water 1/2 banana (frozen) 2 oz protein of choice (1/4 cup of this protein) 2 tsp flaxseed oil--This kind:
