Greater than one weekAs someone who tries to limit dairy intake, its important that the dairy products I do consume are high quality. This has proven to be the perfect protein for me. - clean ingredients, high quality isolate - sourced from hormone free grass fed cows - 99% lactose free (as someone whos mostly lactose intolerant, this protein powder never gives me stomach problems) - love that they offer it in natural as i hate the fake, overly sweet, chemical laden protein powders that crowd the market, also makes it easily adaptable to use in other foods such as oatmeal or baking - pretty high g/protein per serving for only 90 cals (typical whey powders are 120-150 cals/serving for 22-25g of protein,1.5 scoops of this is 135cals for 30g of protein - great choice for post workout shakes or midday snacks with very good blendability, even in water

> 3 dayThe product is very good and the smell it like a vanilla cake mix. Great taste. If you mix it with other fruits and 2 percent milk its awesome. The only thing was when I opened the can it was just over half full. Its still a great price.

> 3 dayI love it! It was a few months ago when I started drinking the Biochem protein. I was attracted to it after rigorously comparing dozens of different protein powders against my needs. I began with the Vanilla, and have also tried the Chocolate, as well as the Berries + Whey protein powders. They were all pretty good, but my ultimate favorite is the Vanilla! Recently, Ive decided to cut back on my sugar intake even more in my daily diet, so I decided to give the Vanilla sugar-free option a try. I was worried about the change at first because I absolutely LOVED those delicious little sugar crystals at the bottom of the glass after drinking the shake- I looked forward to it everyday as a dessert! LOL. A small treat like that (especially at the end of the day) can be quite lovely and exciting for someone whos daily diet consists of eating low-sugar! To my surprise, the Vanilla sugar-free tasted NO different from the regular. Im not sure if this is just me and my own taste-buds talking, but I really didnt taste a difference at all. I will miss my sugar crystals, and perhaps one day Ill return to them. Also, thanks for the minimal-ingredient formula, Biochem!! Many peeps seriously appreciate that.

Greater than one weekThere are many choices when it comes to protein powder, and if you are not careful, you can spend a small fortune. The Bio Chem range, from Country Life Vitamins, is the best Ive found for the price. Ive tried both the Vanilla and the Natural, and my preference is the Vanilla, since it taste great in milk without having to add anything else. The Natural, on the other hand, is very bland in milk, and is probably designed for blending with a flavor of your choosing, such as fruit, chocolate, etc. While I prefer the taste of the Vanilla, it comes at the cost of 7g of sugar per serving, while the Natural has no added sugar. So if you want to avoid the added sugar go with the Natural. From a cost point of view, Ive found that the Vanilla is the best value, especially when you buy the big 848g container. The Natural, on the other hand, only comes in a 699g container and retails for about the same price. On Amazon the Vanilla in the 848g container is always cheaper than the Natural in the smaller container. I guess its all to do with demand. In terms of the product itself, I have been very happy with it. I drink a serving mixed with milk after every workout and I find my muscles heal very quickly. I have also tried mixing it with water, and while drinkable, its no way as tasty as with milk. Some people report issues with mixing the powder. As with any powder you can end up with lumps if you dont mix it right. Either mix the powder with a small amount of liquid and slowly add more, or do what I do: add a couple of ice cubes to a sports bottle and mix in milk and the protein powder, secure the lid, and shake vigorously. Of course the third option is to use an electric blender. Just dont complain that it doesnt mix well, it does, so long as you do it right. This product comes recommended. Buy with confidence.

> 3 dayThis product is pretty amazing! It was recommended to me by my sister-who is diabetic- but is very active and fit (her nutritionist told her it was the best choice of whey protein)!! It does not disappoint.. 20g of protein and only 120-ish cal. I think your body wont process more than 20-ish gr. of protein per sitting anyway. I am taking because I am trying to get in shape- joined the gym, eating more healthy bla bla. I wanted to lose the weight I had put on during the holidays, and my trainer recommended increasing my protein intake. Although eating more fish/chicken is ideal, I am a FT college student and work PT time so my schedule is hectic needless to say. But now, I just make a big shake in the morning and take it with me when I know I wont have time to eat a proper lunch. Its tasty and I get my protein.. WIN WIN..Although it really doesnt taste bad with just plain water, I recommend mixing it with some skim milk and fruit for added taste and nutrition (I have choc. fudge flavor). Actually, the best shake with this is: 1cup milk, 1tbsp of peanut butter, 1/2 banana, 1 serving [choc. fudge] powder and blend! MMMMmmmamazing. Lastly, spoon and cup doesnt work too well, BUT you DONT need a blender in order to mix it thoroughly, as long as you can shake it in something with a lid (water bottle). GET IT!! GET IT!!

> 3 dayIve used & tried many protein powders over the years. Im one of those people with an extremely sensitive gut and havent been able to digest more than 60% of the products that Ive tried. The reason being all the additives, artificial sweeteners, sugars and other loads of artificially processed chemicals/products to enhance the taste or the nutrition value. To make matters worse, whey is being derived out of nutritionally enhanced & processed milk with use of GMOs and load of other garbage. What all this is doing to the health people is probably beyond the scope of this discussion. Im a fairly experienced body-builder following a pretty strict diet regimen and lift weights 5 days a week. I dont believe in putting a bunch of chemicals in my body for muscle growth and have long term side-effects like ED, stomach issues, balding etc. Ive been an off & on vegetarian too which called for a need for protein supplement. Ive been using Biochem whey for about 2 years now and I go through about 2-3 cans every month. Here are some of the areas where this product stands out from others in its league: -Natural whey (when they say it, they mean it), free of any growth hormones -No added sugars & fat free, so no extra carbs which means you only get what you need -No artificial flavors, chemicals or any garbage that is not meant for ingestion by human body -Natural flavor (what I use) is almost tasteless, so it makes a great protein additive without altering the taste of the beverage in pretty much anything - smoothies, yogurt, milk, almond milk.. -One of the easily mixing protein powders that Ive used Some of the downsides of the product: -People who are used to bottled protein supplements like muscle milk which is loaded with sugars and other stuff and associate those tastes/sugars with protein shakes may not like the taste on this one because it practically doesnt have a taste -Its one of the more expensive protein powders (per oz) Overall Im very happy with the results Ive gotten. There is no supplement that will replace a good balanced diet, healthy eating habits and nutrition from natural products like fruits, vegetables, poultry, fish etc. If you are looking to get bigger or repair your worked out muscles or just need a protein supplement (on top of your good balanced diet) to meet your daily protein intake, this is a great product!

> 3 dayThis is a good product for body building or most people who just want to add protein into their diet. However, Ive had gastric bypass and need 20 grams of protein with almost NO added sugars. Id been using the natural (unflavored) version of this brand and really like it. Thought Id give the chocolate one a try. When it arrived I was disappointed to discover you need to use 2 scoops to get 20 grams of protein (unlike only 1 scoop in the natural.) Plus it contains 6 grams of sugar per 2 scoop serving. Thats not a whole lot for most people, but for some of us, thats just too much sugar. Other than that, this is a good protein supplement thats 100% whey protein isolate which is the fastest absorbing type of protein. Unfortunately I didnt taste it so I cant really tell you how good it tastes. For those who need less sugar, the natural one may be a better choice. It contains 0 grams of sugar per serving.

> 3 dayInitially I really liked this product but over a few months of using this a few times a week I found it really didn’t agree with me. My husband continues to use it but it’s availability fluctuates and it’s pricey.
