Very happy with my purchase of Crosswave Hydrosteam. The product is easy to use and made quick work of the messes stuck on my floor. The product also has a few different modes making it easy to go from room to room. Cleanup was pretty simple with the docking station too.

I absolutely love it. Completely amazing! I had a party and kids made a huge mess on my hardwood floor in one of the bedrooms that I didnt see until the end of the night. There were cupcakes smashed and stomped throughout the entire room floor, when I say it was a MESS its an under statement. All I needed was my Bissell! It took me 8 minutes to have the room floor Completely spotless.

I’m very happy with my Bissell. I have had one of their vacuums for years and love it but we moved in October of 2021 and the new house is mostly hard floors with the exception of carpet in the hall upstairs, closets & steps. This house is also the biggest I’ve ever owned due to the fact that my Mother in law is living here with us also. Lugging a bucket of water around this house, a 2 story one with a bad back and knees, got old. I finally convinced my Husband to purchase this Crosswave. We also have 4 dogs and 2 cats in this house so lots of fur too! The day after I received the Crosswave we had it together and was trying it out. It was easy to assemble, the videos were easy to find from their user manual if you like those but not really needed in my opinion. I started in our bonus room where we have the cat boxes and also area rugs and all I can say is WOW! The floors and rugs look brand new and amazing! It picked up so much stuff (kind of gross!) and the fur was unreal. Made me feel like a horrible housekeeper. Well, after that I had to go downstairs and did the rest of the house. The suction on the area rugs is crazy! I almost had to have my Hubby do it. It didn’t soak the area rugs and they dried quickly. I was worried about the floors being too wet and my 85 year old Mother in law slipping on the wet tile but it did pick it back up very well. I just made sure to go over it a few extra times in her area. There were spots in my kitchen that have been on the tile floors since we moved in that I could not get up but it did! It had no issue cleaning the mess my dogs leave around their bowls. Cleaning it sounds intimidating at first but it was actually easy and way faster than I thought it would be. I’m very pleased I purchased the Crosswave finally and just wish I hadn’t waited so long. Definitely worth it.

Our house is mostly tile and laminate. This is the best floor cleaner Ive found but dont let the steam thing fool you. This produces very little of it and with the tools provided this isnt going to remove grit from your grout without a manual brush and additional cleaner. But for general floor cleaning it works well. I vacuum before I use it and I have a very good Dyson vacuum but this will still pick up an additional huge amount of dog hair. So much so that I usually have to empty it frequently. If I had to do it over Id have probably bought one of their less expensive models without the steam as its almost non-existent in this model. And dont expect this to clean well close to edges. Youll have to manually scrub and use something else around baseboards. Anything closer than 1/2 inch will never get picked up or cleaned. Wait for this one to lower in price. Its way too expensive now or buy one of the other Crosswave products (preferably one without a cord). Much less expensive and I suspect will do about the same level of cleaning. Glad I didnt get rid of my steam mop that actually makes steam.

If your floor is dirty because the idea of breaking out the mop is a back breaking job then your not alone. I know myself I personally slack cleaning floors just because it can be a back breaker. I knew I needed a powered wet mop for a long time, and so enters the BISSELL. Out of the box it was a snap to get it going, of course I saw a few YouTube’s and read the instruction from cover to cover cause I’m a instructions nerd. I was ready to test this flag ship. It claims to clean, add steam for that hard to clean spots that you have to mop over like 1000 times until it is clean. So I assembled, read (as noted), and had the whole house at my disposal. I tested on hardwood, ceramic, porcelain, and laminate. I filled the water canister with required water and chemicals (included), and off I went. To be fair the pictures I included was one of 2 times I emptied the waste water. On all the wood I used the floor mode, using 50% trigger squeeze (drops water/chemicals to roller), and it cleanup up nice. I did not need to keep the trigger down all the time as that would release too much water. I did see a few tough spots, so I changed the mode to STEAM, and did a few passes on that mode and it did come clean. On the porcelain, and laminate, I kept the steamer mode on just to see the results. All in all it picked up all the dirt, cleaned the surface, and dried fast and did not leave film. So far all went well, I used the self clean mode, took apart the pieces, cleaned them out and left out to dry. So what is the bad? The water/chemical did go fairly quick and me only using 50% trigger pulls. Dont get me wrong, it went fine, I could see how I will need to buy the cleaning chemicals more often, and that is fine. When its time to clean, just do it right. Next issue is grout. No you do not need to worry about your grout because it will not touch it. Meaning it is a SURFACE cleaner, not a deep cleaner. My grout had dirt pieces in there after I was done because the roller does not get to it. So my suggestion is, vacuum before you wet mop to clean out the grout, and add to your calendar another day to get on your knees to clean that out. Would I recommend, oh yes, having this I will clean the floors more often, as it did a good job.

Dont think about it just get it!!! Ive had the crosswave and decided to upgrade to steam - it made a huge difference - I have sealed hardwood floors and theyve never been cleaner!!! I have pet hair and am a sloppy cook and this completely eliminated having to vacuum first- the steam is awesome!

Cleans the floor pretty good and is good for my house with LVP everywhere, i do have to go over some spots a few times. Cleaning the machine is decent but careful when dumping the tank, theres loose pieces in it and theyll fall out if you dont take them out. overall i like it a lot and has a lot of good features and makes cleaning LVP floors pretty easy.

I will preface by saying longevity is my real concern with all vacuums. I had previously owned a steam mop from this brand that broke within 6 months, so if this doesnt hold up long term I will update this review. Overall after testing this a few times, I like this for a deeper cleaning. Once a week or an unexpected mess. I have three cats and no kids, so your needs may vary. I sweep and spray mop pretty much every morning, but my main concern is dust and cat hair which is not the really the best use of this thing. The good-- it definitely picks up some grime my usual daily cleaning leaves behind. Its pretty easy to use, though a bit heavier than my stick vacuum I use everyday. It says it is good for sticky messes and I find that to be true. My whole house is old hardwood, tile, and area rugs. It works well on all these surfaces. I used the steam function on the hardwood to see how it would do, I use Weiman floor polish every month and I was happy to see that the steam function didnt dull that shine. The light on the front is a nice feature, and the machine is pretty quiet compared to other vacuums as well. The cons-- I dont love the proprietary cleaners, they arent cheap and it uses quite a bit. The little sample bottle of cleaning solution they sent only lasted about two cleanings for me. They are fine solutions and smell fresh, I just dont like being limited to these cleaners. They make the self-cleaning feature sound easy but its pretty time consuming to clean this thing as instructed. Its the main thing that keeps me from using this on a daily basis. You have to empty the dirty water, fill the tank with water and use another proprietary cleaner for the cycle, then you run the cycle, empty the dirty water tank again, rinse that, take out the brush roll, take out the filter and wash that, wipe out the cleaning tray, then let it all dry for 24 hours. It says to do all this every single time you use it, its kind of a pain. Cleaning out the dirty water tank is pretty gross, it has a strainer for solids so you dont have to dump all the hair down your drains but its kind of nasty. Pre-vacuuming kind of defeats the purpose of this but emptying a container of dry cat hair is a lot less nasty than a tank of wet hair. The last little annoyance, it doesnt fit in corners or under the edge of counters well. Other than that it does work as it says and I do like it. As long as it holds up better than my last Bissel Ill be happy. I think it would be a very useful thing for someone with messy kids or dogs that create a lot of wet or sticky situations.

The Crosswave Hydrosteam works great on our LVP flooring and cleans up all of the stuck on messes that our Roomba mop does not. It was easy to set up and to clean the parts after use.

We liked that some of the purchase was donated to animals! Really easy to use and clean.
