> 3 dayI have the crosswave cordless max, but my husband just purchased this crosswave hydrosteam for me (at my request) for my birthday. The hydrosteam actually CLEANS to my standards! I used my old crosswave to clean the floors in our downstairs family room area. Our dogs also go in and out there, so needless to say, its high traffic! After using the cordless max on the floors, I thought they were clean. However, it wasnt until I went over the floors again (immediately after the cordless max) with the hydrosteam that I realized my floors were not as clean as I thought they were. The amount of dirt that the hydrosteam feature was able to get off the floor was incredible! The only downside is that the machine is a little heavy for stair use. Its a great workout though! Maybe on the upgraded model they can have a detachable stair feature as well! All in all, I love this machine and use it every day!

> 3 dayI’ve only used it once and I’m already so in love with it. I have to admit I was skeptical of buying this product since its not cheap and is fairly new on the market so there’re still not many reviews out there but I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. It is worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY! I have 3 very active and extremely high shedding Australian Shepherds. Our yard is not fenced so their main play areas are my living room, dinning room and kitchen. The amount of dirty or muddy paw-prints I get on my floors every single day is ridiculous. I don’t have clean floors for more than a day for sure. Until now my go to cleaning method was the O-Cedar mop but I literally had to mop the whole place & change my mop water over 4 times before I could get a dirty mop water that was even remotely close to been clean & it kills by back in the process. The fact that this Bissel keeps the dirty & clean water separately was life changing from just the first use. My dirty water tank looked absolutely disgusting after doing my living, dinning rooms and kitchen with the STEAM setting. I have not tried the hard floors setting yet but the STEAM removed all the muddy pawprints from my floor from just one pass. Now I’ll actually be more excited to clean cause its so easy. How does it do with dog hair? Well I have to admit I used the dog rubber broom before I used my vacuum-mop cause the mountains of dog hair i had were ridiculous but of course there was some remaining hair left and the bissel did pick it up. If it was to much it would get clogged but it is a supper easy fix. Just remove the dirty water tank and remove the hairs on the strainer & you are good to go. Going over super quick with the dog broom before using it still makes it a lot easier than using a regular vacuum and mopping 3-4 times. I had 0 issues with hair getting stuck on the brush. If you dont have high shedding dogs or are planning on daily use you can for sure skip that step. How long does the clean water last? I have a fairly large kitchen, dinning room and living room and I only had to fill the water tank twice. (Still better than changing mop water 4-5 times) The self cleaning setting and. Instructions are supper easy to use. Please like my review if it was helpful. Thanks!

Greater than one weekI will preface by saying longevity is my real concern with all vacuums. I had previously owned a steam mop from this brand that broke within 6 months, so if this doesnt hold up long term I will update this review. Overall after testing this a few times, I like this for a deeper cleaning. Once a week or an unexpected mess. I have three cats and no kids, so your needs may vary. I sweep and spray mop pretty much every morning, but my main concern is dust and cat hair which is not the really the best use of this thing. The good-- it definitely picks up some grime my usual daily cleaning leaves behind. Its pretty easy to use, though a bit heavier than my stick vacuum I use everyday. It says it is good for sticky messes and I find that to be true. My whole house is old hardwood, tile, and area rugs. It works well on all these surfaces. I used the steam function on the hardwood to see how it would do, I use Weiman floor polish every month and I was happy to see that the steam function didnt dull that shine. The light on the front is a nice feature, and the machine is pretty quiet compared to other vacuums as well. The cons-- I dont love the proprietary cleaners, they arent cheap and it uses quite a bit. The little sample bottle of cleaning solution they sent only lasted about two cleanings for me. They are fine solutions and smell fresh, I just dont like being limited to these cleaners. They make the self-cleaning feature sound easy but its pretty time consuming to clean this thing as instructed. Its the main thing that keeps me from using this on a daily basis. You have to empty the dirty water, fill the tank with water and use another proprietary cleaner for the cycle, then you run the cycle, empty the dirty water tank again, rinse that, take out the brush roll, take out the filter and wash that, wipe out the cleaning tray, then let it all dry for 24 hours. It says to do all this every single time you use it, its kind of a pain. Cleaning out the dirty water tank is pretty gross, it has a strainer for solids so you dont have to dump all the hair down your drains but its kind of nasty. Pre-vacuuming kind of defeats the purpose of this but emptying a container of dry cat hair is a lot less nasty than a tank of wet hair. The last little annoyance, it doesnt fit in corners or under the edge of counters well. Other than that it does work as it says and I do like it. As long as it holds up better than my last Bissel Ill be happy. I think it would be a very useful thing for someone with messy kids or dogs that create a lot of wet or sticky situations.

> 3 dayI’m very happy with my Bissell. I have had one of their vacuums for years and love it but we moved in October of 2021 and the new house is mostly hard floors with the exception of carpet in the hall upstairs, closets & steps. This house is also the biggest I’ve ever owned due to the fact that my Mother in law is living here with us also. Lugging a bucket of water around this house, a 2 story one with a bad back and knees, got old. I finally convinced my Husband to purchase this Crosswave. We also have 4 dogs and 2 cats in this house so lots of fur too! The day after I received the Crosswave we had it together and was trying it out. It was easy to assemble, the videos were easy to find from their user manual if you like those but not really needed in my opinion. I started in our bonus room where we have the cat boxes and also area rugs and all I can say is WOW! The floors and rugs look brand new and amazing! It picked up so much stuff (kind of gross!) and the fur was unreal. Made me feel like a horrible housekeeper. Well, after that I had to go downstairs and did the rest of the house. The suction on the area rugs is crazy! I almost had to have my Hubby do it. It didn’t soak the area rugs and they dried quickly. I was worried about the floors being too wet and my 85 year old Mother in law slipping on the wet tile but it did pick it back up very well. I just made sure to go over it a few extra times in her area. There were spots in my kitchen that have been on the tile floors since we moved in that I could not get up but it did! It had no issue cleaning the mess my dogs leave around their bowls. Cleaning it sounds intimidating at first but it was actually easy and way faster than I thought it would be. I’m very pleased I purchased the Crosswave finally and just wish I hadn’t waited so long. Definitely worth it.

> 3 dayVery happy with my purchase of Crosswave Hydrosteam. The product is easy to use and made quick work of the messes stuck on my floor. The product also has a few different modes making it easy to go from room to room. Cleanup was pretty simple with the docking station too.
