Theyre what the page says they are, and I hope my girls like them. Not sure about ease of cleaning yet, but shouldnt be an issue. There is kind of a weird smell to them...i dont know if its the material theyre made of or something else, but right out of the package I noticed it. Will edit this review at a later date with updates! Purchase date: March 1, 2023 -8% $21.99 List Price: $23.99 *Edit: UPDATE 3/30/2023 The smell went away after about three days, and my eggs have been considerably cleaner unless someone poops the nest, but that doesnt happen too often. Im adding a star to my original review. :)

My chickens were bad about scratching out the nesting materials I put in so they can’t scratch these out and the eggs are better protected

Used item bit chickens tore them apart every time. I guess to them the comfort was missing and they need to make it into a nest the best way they could. I now use our hay that hits the ground that our livestock does not eat our of the hay feeders. Recycle where you can and save the money. Chickens loved it even better.

Let me start by saying- I NEVER leave reviews. But these nesting box pads have made my life SO much easier. For a year, I went through so many nesting box options, just using hay, using grass pads, etc and they hated them all and would tear them up then lay on the hard box causing broken eggs. Since I have got these pads, they were able to make a comfortable nest and lay consistenly and comfortably. I have not had a single broken or dirty egg since I got the pads. Life saver!

My hens keep pulling it out.

My hens love laying on these nesting pads. When I use straw they sometimes lay on the floor but when these are in the nest I find all of my eggs in the nest. My only issue is that the hens like to scratch them up and I do replace them often. I have bought them three times now and will continue to use.

These work great. They fluff up great and allow for easy cleaning of the nesting boxes.

Very disappointed. Looks Nothing like the pictures and they do come apart very easy and my chicken shredded them into pieces. Doesn’t last like stated.
