Perfect little comb and I worth every cent. This comb is one that I find necessary and use every day. I have a shih tzu and this is used for her face and paws and I dont think that a comb larger than this should be used near her eyes .

This comb is perfect for our mini-golden doodle. It’s easy to use, and prevents mats - especially behind the ears.

I read all the reviews for a month or more that said this comb was so worth the money but just couldnt justify the price. I mean, its a dog comb and we already had two others. Let me just say this right now. I was wrong. This little gem is worth the price tag, whatever the going rate is. Our Shih Tzu is almost 5 months into a full coat and her hair was turning into a nightmare for us and her. We already had the Chris Christensen Coral Brush and Pin Brush, but as her hair grows out the comb seems to be the only thing that works. This thing is unbelievable. It combs through the matts and snarls, you can turn it so only one tooth is pulling through the really nasty spots and the dog just lays there and takes it. I really need to quit being so cheap!

When brushing a sheepadoodle you need a metal comb to make sure there aren’t any tangle and to help comb the knots out…with a sheepadoodles thick curly hair, you need a slicker brush, a detangler, and a metal comb…I had a cheaper one I bought from Petro, but it was a two piece mold…leaving sharper edges and cheap metal having teeth break off…this is hard to describe, but 100% better materials made and it made comb guiding much easier

Since we like our Havanese full coated, I have found this comb a great and comfortable way of keeping him free of mats. The best thing is he actually enjoys being groomed since I added this comb to his daily grooming routine. Highly recommend.

I have several Chris Christensen products and general really like them all but this was a little bit of a let down. I mean, it is fine but it isnt markedly better than my cheap one. I groom a Standard Poodle and it takes a long time. I didnt notice much difference and maybe like this one a little less. Even so, it is a good product - a well made solid product. If you dont have one, I would recommend it. If you do, Im not sure I would spend the extra money on this one.

Comb is great for my Shihtzu pup - really helps make grooming easier and more comfortable, but feel it is too pricey - probably identical comb style available at more reasonable cost.

Having 2 sizes on one small comb is perfect for the head and face of our small breed puppy. Not sharp at all so I can get close to eyes and remove hard crud. Doesnt bother puppy when I use it.
