Tried many brands of combs. My doodle hates to be combed or brushed, but loves this comb.

Comfortable to hold and works well with the brush to remove hair.

Very well made and sturdy. A little pricey but should last forever.

This is a must have! I wish I had known about these combs years ago. We just brought home a little maltipoo. Its been years since Ive had dogs that mat. So I forgot about how important combing them often was. I bought a grooming set that had a metal comb in it and thought...where has this been all my life? but then my friend turned me onto this little guy. It wonderful for combing around their faces and eyes. Great for blending the hair so they look fluffy. I suggest both combs, and with these two I dont think I need anything else. This is a heavy little comb with fine and superfine teeth. I can comb her head and face now and it looks like Ive actually combed her. It fuzzes out her little feet and body and she looks even more adorable. My only beef is that its a little pricey but this truly is a one time purchase so bite the bullet and get it. You wont regret it.

Great product

I have several Chris Christensen products and general really like them all but this was a little bit of a let down. I mean, it is fine but it isnt markedly better than my cheap one. I groom a Standard Poodle and it takes a long time. I didnt notice much difference and maybe like this one a little less. Even so, it is a good product - a well made solid product. If you dont have one, I would recommend it. If you do, Im not sure I would spend the extra money on this one.

When the comb arrived, I was surprised at how small it was. It works great and when they say butter comb its an accurate description. It just glides through fur. I recently got a goldendoodle and it works especially well on the face, ears and paws. Well worth the price.

Really helpful when grooming. Totally worth the money. Very durable. You can’t use the smaller/ denser end to comb around thick whiskers; this is because many of t he whiskers were just to thick and the comb has the ability to just pluck them out as they get wedged between the comb’s teeth.

Purchased this comb for my Havanese, Niko, and it is the best I have ever used! Mats are so much easier to locate and remove. I also used it on my familys Maltese who is a nightmare to comb, and she slept while being combed. The Buttercomb makes the coat appear smoother and shinier, and does not pull like cheaper combs. Very pleased with Chris Christensens products (also bought the Mark I Slicker Brush in x-small), and plan to buy a CC face comb and brush in the future. My bag full of cheaper combs and slickers that hurt Niko will no longer be used! The shipper sent this in 3 days with a CC catalog as well. Very happy with product and shipper.
