The masking tape over the light switches looked pathetic, so I invested in these light switch guards. My very non-technical husband had them installed in a flash. They look great and no more accidentally turning off the light switches that need to stay on.

I was looking for a solution that would allow me to keep kids from accidentally turning off outside lights that I want to stay on at all times. Also, for ceiling fans that I want to leave running at all times. These were the perfect solution. I also wanted to make sure it was something that would not hold the switch in a position in such a way that made it difficult to turn off. These were great because you can use a pencil to stick inside the cover and turn the light switch off if you need to. Also, being clear, they don’t look bad on the light switch at all. Would highly recommend it would definitely buy again.

I needed this because in my rented apartment, the outlet that my computer is connected to is unfortunately switched, so I needed to protect it from being accidentally switched off by visitors. Its easy to install and has tiny holes at the top and bottom that you can poke the switch with if you ever need to.

Worked perfectly for the smart light bulb switches to keep the power to the light on all the time.

Installed all 3 in less than five minutes.

I have two light switches that are dedicated to a specific wall outlet. When running electronics like routers, smart hubs or personal assistants, items that you do not want the power to turn off, these switch guards are both unobtrusive and effective.

Our older home came with a heater in the ceiling of the small bathroom . The switch is on the wall next to the one for the lights over the sink. Many times a guest would accidentally turn it on and hours later I would walk into a very hot room. This device is hardly noticeable, installed with the screws already on the switchboard, and we are safer Will also work great on a switch that SHOULD be left on

I have a grandson who loves to turn the switches on and off. There are a couple of switches we dont want him to touch (the sump pump for example). We tried a different cover first, within seconds he figure it out. This one worked and served its purpose!
