> 3 dayThis is leaps and bounds above the Ender 3 v2 extruder. It is easy to install. I am now experiencing zero slippage while printing. Absolutely recommend over the plastic OEM part.

> 3 dayOk, so I dont have a CR-10 style machine, so it would probably work on there. the primary reason why I got it is that the dimensions should fit a Monoprice select mini V2. It does, but its that stupid spring brings down the kit for me. Apparently, its too damn strong to use and causes the motor to skip. I tried cutting it down, but that still didnt work. I tried using the stock spring form the old extruder kit, but I had no luck since it was not strong enough. the Capricorn tubing works, so no lost points there. The springs arent compatible with my machine, so I cant speak for their performance. If I could find another spring that would fit this kit and not be too tight, then I would recommend this kit to those that have the same printer as me. As it stands, everything else in the kit works, but its obviously geared towards a much more popular printer. Some stuff is transferrable though, so its not a total loss. Also I know that the kit isnt geared towards the Monoprice machines, but it fits a standard NEMA 17 Motor. so anyone who has their extruder hooked up to one (Which should be most of you) should be fine. I just lost the lottery on this one. Edit: Customer support heard my complaints and fully refunded me. Changing my stars from 3 to 4 as customer support really did it for me. Compatibility is still iffy, but Im willing to forgive it for this great level of customer service. Original post above for more context.

> 3 dayGreat metal extruder package. Includes everything you need to get set up except the motor. The one that came with the printer slowly developed another entrance hole from the filament rubbing. This should solve the problem.

> 3 dayGreat price for back up parts. The springs are a little too strong

> 3 dayI ordered this kit as soon as I purchased my ender 3 v2 on a recommendation. I can’t speak to the quality of the quality of stock parts but the kit for springs and extruded, and tube has been awesome. I haven’t had any issues yet. Make sure to take your time and look at the review images if something is confusing. The “instructions”don’t help too much.

> 3 dayAre you listening Creality? No, probably not. This should be the #1 upgrade to any of the Ender (and maybe others, dont know them) printers. The flimsy plastic parts my Ender 3 V2 came with cracked within about a month, and there are many others reporting the same issues on facebook groups. Very sturdy, took about a minute to swap out, and has been working perfectly for a few months now. One additional thing I really like is that the bowden connector that this comes with is a wider screw than the default one. This means it is easier to feed the filament when loading or unloading - especially if trying to pull out a clog, which wouldnt fit through the original one, needing the bowden tube removal

> 3 dayEasy install off the bat, on Ender 3V2. Had a clogging issues because I didn’t seat the ptfe tube far enough into the extruder but once I cleared the jam and reinstalled it works very smooth not catching or dragging of the filament. Springs are very stout curbs the issue of contatantly having to relevel the bed.

> 3 dayUpon first inspection, this kit seemed great. However, the instructions were not really instructions, but simply a photo of the parts. Not super helpful. If you are a beginner to 3D printing and/or not mechanically inclined, they won’t help you much. Despite the poor “instructions,” I got the upgrade installed on my machine. And everything seemed to work great. At first. Filament was feeding the way it’s supposed to and I was completely happy. Then, after five days of near continuous printing with PolyTerra PLA Cotton White and Wood Brown (color name only - contains no wood), my machine started having the same extrusion problems as before. I take the new extruder apart to find the gear is worn out. After five days of printing with some of the most non-harsh material possible. I’ll move it down and up the shaft to hit the good parts of the gear, but that’ll only get me 15 days max out of the gear. That’s a serious problem. My old gear itself is still in better shape after six MONTHS of printing. The initial problem was cracked plastic. The other parts of the upgraded kit seem to be fine, but the extruder gear is a pretty important component to be failing after 5 days.
