Set up took seconds and they work great! My only issue is that they are larger than anticipated and plugging anything else into the same outlet either is a Squeeze or just won’t fit. But all and all they work amazing and I can’t wait to use it for my Christmas tree.

Okay so just got it out of the box and read thru the little booklet-download the app and it pretty much walked me thru it! Super easy set up-I’m not totally bad at tech stuff but sometimes it gets confusing-NOT THIS! I highly recommend the four pack. So convenient that I have them connected with my WiFi and Alexa so it’s easier to turn off my lights, TV and Fan.

I bough 12 of these sockets and Im very satisfied with all it can do, only 4 stars because the times fails. I can control these sockets from anywhere through my smart phone. Good and easy to install and connect, plus the Alexa interface makes it fun to actually give command through Alexa.

Great product!! I was worried about the brand, but it doesnt matter. Either you buy A or B it all comes that both were C. Setup was very easy and app interface is smooth!!

Uses the SmartLife app. Have these around the house and tide it to google home. Works as described. No issue at all I about 8 of these for lamps, outdoor lighting etc.

The instructions are somehow totally off and at first I was frustrated trying to set these up. Finally I followed the instructions of some other ones I bought that also work with the SmartLife app, and that worked. Basically you just need to hold the on button down till its flashing to get started. If it seems to be taking forever to connect, try again. I use these with window AC units, which allows me to turn them on when Im on my way home to come home to a cool apt. I love that.

Great addition to any smart home! Takes a little while to setup profiles and scenes, but they work great! It’s a great timer too to turn off the TV for the kids, when they’ve been watching too long.

I am running multiple devices via the Smart Live App without any problems but these smart plugs will connect to Smart Life and work for only 1 cycle before locking up. If you are only using the Avitar App to control these plugs, they will work fine but their app is not widely supported by other manufacturers. I am returning to Amazon for a refund.

Ive had a few wi-fi plugs and the Smart Life app for a few years and they work great. Once you get the app and rooms set up it is very easy to add additional plugs. These Avatar Controls smart plugs work just the same. Simply plug in to an outlet, open the Smart Life app, click + to add a device, and a prompt should pop up to add the new plug. Then edit the name and put it into a group if you want. The plugs work seamlessly with our Google and Alexa speakers as well after syncing Smart Life with those apps. I will buy more of these as I need them.
