Purchased a more basic model where the battery failed in a few months. They agreed to replace it with this model, which didnt work from the beginning. Then they simply said that was it. So 2 of 3 cameras didnt work, and now to go to another company I have to purchase another home base as well. I advice picking a different company to work with.

Just found out via the news, that this company stores your data and surveillance clips on the cloud. The product specifically states that all of your information is only stored locally. This is a complete bait and switch and is very disingenuous. I would not have purchased this product if they did not misleadingly advertise this feature.

Great product

Camera packaging was very good , instructions check & installation to network super easy & used gutter mounts for camera super easy and solid . I suggest an optional rain hood if your not mounting under an eave or some other form of protection from weather .

Stopped giving notifications after 2 months of use. Useless now unable to fix or get my $ back. Don’t buy these

Worked fine in the beginning and haven’t had any issues with my other cameras but I guess it’s a crap shoot.
