I used this on a Dell Inspiron computer. It took took me several tries. It worked!! However, one has to follow the paper directions, and video, carefully.

This does not work. Keeps asking for a disc drive. Waste of money. Wish I didnt wait so long I would have returned! Do Not Buy! Doesnt WORK!

For some reason my laptop decided that it did not like my new password. I am certain that I was using the correct password. Regardless I was locked out. Followed directions & this worked immediately. So easy & im no computer guru!!
