This CD worked, after a couple tries

It didnt work!

THE FLASH DRIVE WORKED.

Following the instructions, it didnt solve my issues. When I requested help, no one responded. I was able to resolve my issues by following the instructions on YouTube.

I could not get this CD to work. I got no response from tech support. I am returning the product.

i bought this because it said it would work on any computer to allow me to reset my password. i have a toshiba which i had not used in a couple of years but it did not rest my pasword

It was so easy to pop it in and follow. I am not technically good with these kinds of things, but this was pretty easy.

Tried to follow the directions but had trouble following step by step on a Gateway. Contacted support and got a quick response and great help. You are a life savior! I hadnt used my computer since school had shut down and couldnt remember the pass word. I had tried everything. Thank You!

This Windows Password Reset/Recovery Disc is a Must-Have item. The first time I tried this on a Windows 7 Home Edition laptop computer it worked flawlessly.
