This does not work. Keeps asking for a disc drive. Waste of money. Wish I didnt wait so long I would have returned! Do Not Buy! Doesnt WORK!

I could not get this CD to work. I got no response from tech support. I am returning the product.

Either I did it wrong or it was not compatible

For some reason my laptop decided that it did not like my new password. I am certain that I was using the correct password. Regardless I was locked out. Followed directions & this worked immediately. So easy & im no computer guru!!

The Password for the main account remains locked. The software did unlock the password for the Administrator, I’m still missing locked data.

This disc was super easy to use. I used it on windows vista, and was able to unlock my laptop super quick. Strongly recommend.

Wow, this password recovery reset disc is just amazing. Insert disc choose delete password and bamm like magic.
