I tried all the tricks I could find on the web and YouTube - spent a couple hours with no luck - bought the password reset disc and in 20 minutes my laptop was good as new!! Very easy to use and it works as advertised - super easy and fast!!

This does not work. Keeps asking for a disc drive. Waste of money. Wish I didnt wait so long I would have returned! Do Not Buy! Doesnt WORK!

This disk. It is a miracle worker. My computer was built, so I didnt know which key to push...I pushed all of them. I followed the directions, which seemed more confusing than they actually are, and then, like magic, the password changing screen popped up!!!

I knew how the change to boot from internal cd. However there is nothing in SAM Directory. No Admin or User Name. Now waiting for Customer Service, which says may take Hours to answer via Messenger. Will give different rating if ever this works!

Wonderfully simple. Was able to reset Administrator password with ease. Old Gateway computer. Want to delete everything on it so I can trash it, but kept saying I needed Admin password to do it. The old password for admin I had written down didnt work.
