Its not worth money

Easy to use, Plugged in and followed simple instructions and it unlocked my Dell desktop password right away. I had been locked out because I could not remember the password.

Simply works. Used on Win 10 1809 Lenovo ThinkPad X131e. F12 @ boot, choose USB. Once booted to initial program window, I choose each account and removed the passwords. Next boot, booted to desktop with last used account. Easier than re-install and configure bros computer. As specs state, this will only unlock local accounts, which is exactly what we needed.

Easiest product Ive ever used, my boss forgot the password to his computer, I spent several hours trying every trick I new to reset his password on his Dell computer and nothing worked. I googled lost password Dell computer and this product came up, purchased, opened, and had computer working with-in 5 to 10 minutes after I inserted the thumb drive. Great product

We forgot a password on a WIn10 pc. I had it up and running in 5 minutes with this tool. Very easy to use but you do have to adjust the BIOS. Very simple. A tech guy offered to reset the password for $1500. This is a way better value.

Didn’t work.

I honestly thought I would never be able to open this computer. I couldnt factory restart my pc, because I kept getting error messages such as Additional Free Space Needed to Reset/Refresh and well, I cant log into my pc to clear up space because I didnt know the password. This flash drive however, fixed all my problems. Im really happy with this product, and Im thankful I was able to just spend $20 dollars instead of paying over $100 dollars to have someone fix/open my pc. I kept my precious old files, and I get to keep my pc!
