Does the job. Simple, easy to understand interface. The USB unit is not as pictured.

I used it to reset a Windows 10 password on a Lenovo laptop. Real easy took less than 5 minutes and now Im using the laptop for work.

Pc wont recognize its software..claims its not a bootable USB.

After figuring out how to make my Asus boot on the USB drive, I successfully reset windows 10 local account password using this recovery usb drive. It worked.

To reset my laptop

The flash drive was completely blank! On the bright side, I did get a refund!
