I was skeptical about getting this because of other reviews saying it was a scam or that it didn’t work. I only tried it because it was going to cost me $300 to have someone else reset/recover the password and I did not want to pay that. I am so glad I bought it because it worked and was super easy if you follow the instructions. I don’t know much about computers either, just the basics.

Needed it for an old work ASUS computer. Forgot my password and this worked great.

Received with in the days specified and tested USB password reset . Was able to get back in a laptop successfully.
