I was skeptical about getting this because of other reviews saying it was a scam or that it didn’t work. I only tried it because it was going to cost me $300 to have someone else reset/recover the password and I did not want to pay that. I am so glad I bought it because it worked and was super easy if you follow the instructions. I don’t know much about computers either, just the basics.

They have a wonderful group of folks in their support group. How ever the product and support people did not know how to help me get the product to work. I ended up paying another group $350 to make a new device and then restore my computer.

This was a waste of money. It didnt work lmk on my HP mini with Windows 7 Starter. Now I have a useless computer and a Ezalink password recovery flash drive.

Great product, arrived on time no fancy package just a small instruction paper and strait to the point. Worked on the first attempt. Also checked out there website and lots of information there also. This is the second pc I have acquired with a password issue, the first one cost me a small fortune to unlock. With this product, the price of the product and less then 10 minutes of work and it done.
