Used it. Getting the desired results takes a little experimenting. It does work as advertised. A little hard to see from street but is great when close to windows. Thanks.

We left town for a week and didnt want anyone to realize the house was empty, so we decided to try this out. I love the way it works. We positioned it towards the window, open the blinds just enough to let light out, and turn out the other lights. I went outside to see how it looked, and could not really tell the difference between this and the television. It maintains a somewhat constant glow with some intermittent flashes (scene changes, commercials, etc) but with colors that flash. There are two settings for seasonal light, so when the days are short, the Fake TV will stay on longer; during summer, when you have daylight until 9pm, you can set it to just stay on a couple hours. I would definitely recommend this product.

This functions well, especially in terms of turning on at dusk but - and maybe this is just my small apartment - it looks more like someone is having a rave than watching TV with this on. Maybe more white colored bulbs would be better?

This is my second Fake TV. I have the FTV-10 as well. This FTV-11 was advertised and being much brighter. It is NOT brighter in my opinion. I wasted an extra $15 dollars buying this supposed brighter FTV-11. I like the product, but not impressed or happy I spent the extra money on this model.

Disappointing purchase. The unit did not work as advertised. I used it once on a vacation and it seemed to work. But when I plugged it in again, it was completely dead. Feels like a total waste of money, unfortunately.

Works as designed, and is very simple to use.

Every time Im outside and look at my house, I smile. It looks like someone is inside watching tv. I have three of them, one visible from my living room, one at the back downstairs and one upstairs. Two of those will be on every night. Love them ! !
