New screen works great however there were no directions included for reinstalling it after removing the old one. I found another brands video on line which was very helpful. Pretty complete kit with exception of it would be helpful to have nitrile gloves and tweezers.

Installed digitizer, however the touch only works on one side.

The product was easy to install and it comes with all the tools that I need. It looked great after the installation. But there seems to be an problem to its quality. After I installed it, I gently pressed around all the edges to make sure they where firmly glued. But when I pressed on the right side, the screen just suddenly cracked. I’ve attached a picture of the crecked part. Now I have another cracked screen again. Ive tried writing to [email protected] as shows on the warranty paper. But I keep receiving ejected emails saying that the domain doesnt exsit.

The provided home button ribbon cable did not fit, due to the position of the slot took a lot of effort to even realize that it was not the size. After over an hour of trying to connect it i replaced the home button assembly with the one from the previous digitizer with no issues. After installation found that half of the digitizer does not respond. I didnt test before installation so unable to return. Purchase replacement from another brand that has better QC

after I had the screen professionally installed, the touch screen on my ipad did not function at all- the touch screen was completely disabled. It was also too late to return the product so now I am stuck with it. Do not buy this product it is a waste of money.

Update after a few months... The screen did fit good, and the replacement was pretty simple. After a few weeks the screen was loose because the adhesive strips were not very good. After a few months, the digitizer screen started going crazy. My iPad is used very little, but now it is virtually useless again because the screen randomly opens apps types crazy stuff, basically it’s like a bunch of fingers on your iPad at the same time. I’d recommend finding something better. Overall, the screen was great. It was pretaped, included the home button, and fit perfectly. The only thing I had trouble with is getting the ribbon cables plugged in far enough. Although, this was no fault to the screen itself. I would recommend testing the unit before removing the tape on the screen. In addition, if I were to do it again, I would order batteries with the screen. Once my iPad was apart, I found that the batteries were swollen. The batteries were pushing against the screen, which caused the original crack in the scree.

Ipad 4 screen replacement. Nice tool set included. Only negative, reassembly instructions appeared missing. Note: I was unsuccessful in the screen replacement implementation. Was not the products fault. This job is not for the faint of heart. Should best be left to a professional.

Product worked and fit like new, and all of the included tools made it easier. The instructions were kind of hard to follow so I used a Youtube video, and was able to do the job myself! thanks.
