> 3 dayGood product. If any issues occur, customer service is responsive and quick to replace (probably refund too). iPad looks good as new and after months of not using my broken one at home, my husband fixed it to good as new quality in half an hour. You GOTTA look up a video if never done before, literally everything is on YouTube and google. Adhesion might need some help, in which case 3M double-sided scotch tape would do.

> 3 dayI received this item and the packaging and contents were sufficient. Everything was packaged securely and had all the parts needed to do the job. Thats the reason for the 3 star rating. However, the screen was DOA when installed. No touch screen response. Reseated the cable 4x and no luck. While its aggravating that I have to replace it again (fortunately I tested it before adhering the screen down), Amazon is sending me a replacement. So we will see if that one works. Just wish quality control would have caught this.

Greater than one weekThe screens themselves are nicely made. I like the preapplied adhesives, and I like the included tools. But after going through all the trouble to remove a screen, especially the first time on an OEM screen with all the glass shard mess, only to find out either the home button ribbon is cut or the button is defective, my faith in FixCracked has evaporated. There are too many other competitors to choose from, even here on Amazon. The home button issue happened to me twice with iPad Air screens and most recently today with a screen for iPad 4. The IPad Air screen I got for my wife had a small tear in the ribbon cable where it enters the board. With the iPad 4, I got the iPad all ready to be buttoned up and tested the screen and home button before removing the screen adhesives, and the button just did not work. So I removed the OEM button off the cracked screen, removed the FixCracked home button, and easily installed my original home button to it. The button then worked perfectly. I’ve learned quite a bit installing these screens myself and even more trouble shooting when they”re defective. But I honestly don’t need extra aggravation in my life, so I won’t be buying FixCracked screens again.

> 3 dayI bought this screen repair kit for $20 and followed the instructions it came with, along with watching some youtube videos, and had no problem installing this screen. The kit comes with everything needed to install the screen. Its a good kit because it comes with spare wifi antenna in case you break the original one. The adhesive is holding very well and I have not had any issues with the screen lifting up out of the frame. Total time to remove the cracked screen and install the new screen took about 2 hours. With this kit you could repair your ipad for a fraction of the price that a shop would charge.

> 3 dayDo not buy this product unless your a professional computer repairman. Instructions are small and hard to read, videos make it seem so easy, my cracked screen iPad is now a fixed screen brick. Lesson learned
