Working well so far, its only been a month. It was a little tricky getting it to recognize my wifi but that is more a user learning curve than a product issue.

Product is as expected. Downloaded HBN app, plugged in plug, held one of front buttons down to go into pairing mode, followed app instructions and presto it works. Moving into Alexa app very easy as well! Recommended for the ease of set up for sure!!

I purchased a smart plug with 2 outlets and one with three outlets to light my outside Christmas lights. I was using a typical remote control unit that’s outside rated until I found this product. Despite my skepticism, it was extremely easy to set up and is working very well even in the -33 degrees Fahrenheit windchill we’ve been expressing for the last few days. I am very impressed and happy with this purchase. Will definitely recommend this product.

I bought this so two electric toothbrushes could be plugged in and only use one outlet. My toothbrush stopped charging, so working with the toothbrush company, they issued another toothbrush. Then the other stopped working, and thats when I started doing research on the smart plug. I think its a stupid plug, and now its past the return date. Update: the company reached out to me and apologized for my experience and refunded me the full amount. They are a company of integrity and I applaud them for that. I would consider their product in the future, using it how its intended to be used.

One of the two did not turn on and would not connect to Wi-Fi or anything. Ended up tossing it in the trash. The other one works awesome. I must have gotten a dud. EDIT: I ordered a second pair and these ones worked perfectly. Using them to turn a lizard light and heater on and off. Light during the day, heat at night. Works great.

I love how easy these are to set up. I purchased some from another company and I have to struggle to get the app to find those. I ended up replacing them all with these. I like having two separate plugs. There are some that are set up with one plug on a timer (lamp, wax melter, etc) with the other one always on. When I bought a new router it took me 5 minutes to reset them. Most of that time was getting around furniture to the plug. I havent had any issues if the power goes out. they just automatically reconnect. I havent figured out how to connect to my Alexa, but it works fine with the app on my phone. Plus, this way I can turn the lights on and off no matter where I am so it looks like Im home. Definitely worth the money.

The product works well…but only because I still had my old WiFi extender that offers a 2.4G range. This product does not connect to WiFi 5G that most current routers have. If your router has 2.4G support, this product works wonderfully. Alexa integration was pretty smooth. Download the specific company app and add these plugs, then Alexa can import them from that app. Also, each plug (right and left) can be controlled separately both manually or through the app/Alexa.

This item was pretty easy to figure out, and easy to install. I wish the app had a way to put the plug in the room or area of your home it is installed in to make it easier to control with Alexa, but thats not extremely important. I can control it, I just have to take a few extra steps. Double sided plug makes it easier to control two devices with one plug. Not great if you only have one thing to control in an area. For example, if you want to use a fan in your bedroom and have nothing else to plug in the socket to control with Alexa, I dont suggest using this socket. Maybe use a lamp or something in the other side. Its wasted with nothing in it.

These work great and are exactly what I needed however set up instructions are very very vague and scheduling instructions. don’t really exists. Still trying to figure out how to delete a schedule. Difficulties 8 had were found to be human error, would have been easier to clearly written instructions.
