> 3 dayI have had this computer for a few weeks now. Scratch that – I have had the replacement computer for a few days. I had to return the first one because one of the keyboard letters became loose and would not go back into place. But providing that the key board on the replacement computer is fine then I will chalk it up to a fluke.

> 3 dayHad an older model of this same tablet that I ruined by spilling coffee on it (argh!) so I knew what I was buying but this newer model has better speakers and a lighted keyboard. Highly recommend it for people like me who use it mostly for searching the web and reading email.

> 3 dayI ordered two of this Chromebook for my 3rd and 4th graders to do distance learning this year. This is our first experience with Chrome OS. After I had a couple of weeks to get to know chrome OS and having that figured out, I am really impressed with these Chromebooks. This review is on the product and not the OS, the Chromebooks as more than capable of operating the system. I do not feel that the hardware impedes the software. These are light and the battery lasts a lot longer than expected but I think that is based on Chrome OS is a light OS to run. The only downside is that it is not a touchscreen which I knew when purchasing. I would highly recommend getting a wireless mouse which makes things easier. I would still recommend this to any student or parent for school work.

> 3 dayI gave this product 4 stars because now that its finally connected to wifi its quite nice. The 14in screen is perfect for me. Not too small or too big. The 1080 HD is definitely worth it. Great sharpness and clarity when it comes to picture quality. I love the keyboard. Keys are soft touch keys and dont make a lot of noise and the backlight of the keys is a nice touch. For a good 24hrs the product has stayed connected to wifi. But after opening it and turning it on, it took several hours of getting it to stay connected. It would find my network, connect and within minutes it would unconnect. After much research, I learned that this unit only had Chrome OS 79 version. Chrome is now at version 81, so that may have helped the problem. I may still contact HP to discuss the issue and see what light they can shed on it. I called my internet provider and all internet connections are good. I have never had any issues with any device in my home connecting to my wifi. So fingers crossed this nice Chromebook stays connected!

> 3 dayI specifically ordered this model (14a-na0050nr) because it is supposed to have a backlit keyboard. It does not!!! I’ve been shipped the 14a-na0061dx TWICE, once with a modified model number sticker on the box (see picture). I am beyond upset.
