The product description states the keyboard is backlit. It is not. With a dark keyboard, it is difficult to see the keys, as the body is dark as well. Disappointed, because I liked everything else about this! Will be returning it.

Works great, and looks really nice. If your just looking for something to do school work on that won’t break the bank than this is a great option.

bought this for 10 yr old granddaughter who uses a chromebook at school and tho this one is newer, it was easy for her to figure out the set up! she LOVES the touchscreen! she likes plugging in her earbuds to it and jammin’ in her head! we’d buy it again!

For the most part this is an all-around great laptop with phenomenal performance speed and is extremely reliable I get four out of five stars only reason being is that I had to purchase a mouse for it because the trackpad right click was not working it is a fixable problem that is going to cost about three dollars but still all around great laptop

This POS wont connect to the internet. Amazon support is actually better than HP but neither of them has a clue. Not much good if it doesnt connect to the internet.

The screen quality is pretty good, I love that I can customize everything. It’s easy to figure out, and the sound is great. I definitely recommend this laptop. It’s perfect for my school work!!

As soon as your setting up a Chromebook always update chrome in the settings, that way everything will run perfect.

Chrome OS doesn’t work for many software apps etc. could not connect to many programs. Going back to a PC. Probably works for kids but not for “grown up “ who needs more than YouTube or social media.

Very sleek and easy to set up, the keyboard is comfortable and the letters are lit so its a lovely contrast with the white.
