Excellent appeareance, loud speakers, easy connection to WIFI. Nothing bad to say after a month.

I’ve had this for 6-7 months with no real issues.

Works well thus far. The sound quality is great and the picture display is also! I gave it 3 stars because I dont really like the functionality of the mouse...it takes several strokes to navigate in certain apps (Yahoo Mail, Zillow, Facebook), and maybe I just have to get acclimated to a Chromebook vs an actual full functioning laptop. Overall a good gadget to use when my eyes are tired of the small screen on my phone.

I was hesitant to buy this (my first ever Chromebook) due to the range of Chromebook prices being so expansive. However, I bought it at $250 to mainly use by myself and my wife as an armchair media consumption device. I watch a lot of YouTube on it and do general web surfing with it. My wife uses it for web surfing, creating curbside pickup grocery orders, shopping Amazon and emails. . Its perhaps the best computer purchase Ive ever done. I had absolutely no issues with connecting to multiple wifi systems. The screen is very sharp and clear, the backlit keyboard is super nice, its reasonably thin, has great battery life, resumes from sleep quickly, and the speakers are decently loud and clear. Im 150% happy with my purchase but will definitely come back and update my review should things change.

This product died an untimely death within a year of receipt. No hard living - simply used for writing and occasionally streaming videos. It was good while it lasted - and the touchscreen was a nice feature - but ultimately, it succumbed to the black screen of death. We awoke one morning, and alas, this product did not.

The computer arrived THREE DAYS before it was scheduled! That was a great help, as it meant that my computer could be synced with my schools computer network, before school started. Im still working on understanding the capabilities and limitations of Chromebook, but so far I like it.

I specifically ordered this model (14a-na0050nr) because it is supposed to have a backlit keyboard. It does not!!! I’ve been shipped the 14a-na0061dx TWICE, once with a modified model number sticker on the box (see picture). I am beyond upset.

This laptop completely locked up on me after the first hour of usage. I dont know what the problem was but it took forever to reboot. It worked good prior to this. Havent used it since but Ill try again or Ill get my refund

I never had a chrome book so I didnt know what to expect. But I just got it today and its a nice little laptop. Nothing to go crazy over but for 200 bucks its a solid little deal. Its cool for a on the go computer not really a all around computer. Nice for a teen or someone in school. If you want to try it I say give it a go.

A friend of mine ordered this computer it said it was supposed to be Teal and it is white can you tell me what happened???
