> 24 hourWe purchased the laptop in June by July it stopped working. Amazon would not help. Replace or repair and would not let use return it. Amazon stated HP had a year manufacture warranty. When we reached out to HP the laptop was out of warranty date. Buy beware!

The HP computer I bought from them is already having keyboard issues 6 months in, not sure if they sold me a refurbished computer as new. save urself the headache and buy directly from hp, might cost a bit more , at least u are sure its legit brand new!!!

> 24 hourI always thought that HP generally made good computers, this purchase taught me otherwise. Like many, I purchased this product at the beginning of the pandemic to have a new computer that could handle all of my work related responsibilities from home. Immediately, I noticed something odd with the keyboard functions. I would strike the right shift key and it would place the cursor elsewhere on my screen, many lines away from where I was typing. Then, about three weeks later the camera stopped working. This has been a big issue these past months. Its unfortunate that i have to use an Apple Macbook from 2008 just to have my work meetings so that others can see me as I participate. Also, HP support is ridiculously poor. I have gone to the companies site to remedy my camera issue and they have been no help. In general, just stay away from all things HP, customer service is poor and the products are even worse.
