We purchased the laptop in June by July it stopped working. Amazon would not help. Replace or repair and would not let use return it. Amazon stated HP had a year manufacture warranty. When we reached out to HP the laptop was out of warranty date. Buy beware!

This laptop is used by two users and better than what we had before. But there is no DVD/CD drive and wireless internet is the only option.

As I would do with any new computer, spend a full day getting rid of the junk programs pre-installed and replace with my preferred programs, opt out of S mode (irrelevant that this laptop has Windows S, easy to switch), then customize to my liking. Finally! Now ready to use it. Its for work, no video games, no heavy draw on the CPU, but Ive noticed the battery only lasts barely past 3 hours! Since I use it at home not a problem, so overall happy with the convenience this provides

I returned the laptop, it would not connect to WiFi

I am very happy with this laptop. It serves my purpose very nicely for minor internet browsing and website upkeep. I have not had any problems with virtual meetings on any platform. It is lightweight and the touchscreen feature is just an added bonus.
