Greater than one weekThis is a low quality and poorly made computer! I purchased this notebook less than a year ago to upgrade from my older model HP. Its much lighter and faster than my old one, which is what I was looking for, but now its started to come apart. Its only been lightly used; never dropped, damaged, or had anything heavy set on top of it, but the bottom corner of the screen frame is popping out and the cheap plastic hinge is broken. The more I use it, the worse the problem gets. HP has always been my preferred brand and I had my old HP for eight years without a single hardware/software issue, but they have obviously eliminated quality and durability in newer models. It should still be under a 1-year warranty but HP support conveniently doesnt recognize my serial number as valid and there doesnt seem to be anything I can do about it.

15-04-2025I love the size of this computer and the keyboard, but that is about it. The screen quality is awful. There is no definition of line when you are working on a document,, unable to see what you are highlighting, The use of excel is useless on this computer. I needed this computer for school and it is not going to work. Very disappointed. Will not be buying a computer online again.

> 3 dayI had it 3 days and it won’t turn on. There was also a tiny scratch on it when I got it. I am wondering if I got refurbished sold as new.

> 3 dayThis is a good example of what a low tier computer should be capable of. Excellent quality and excellent performance. I installed Ubuntu on it, and the wifi drivers werent there immediately so I needed to purchase a USB to ethernet adapter. Once that arrived I got the drivers and I havent had a single issue with the laptop since.
