My husband picked a great laptop for mother’s day in love

My husband purchased this laptop for me after my old laptop, which I had for almost 7 years, went out on me. He purchased this in April and I started having issues with it a few weeks ago. Took it to my brother who is a programmer and he said that the pc randomly shutting down on me, the laptop taking forever to load anything (which he did a speed test on and said the internet was fine), the screen shorting out and blinking on me was the PC failing on me. After 6 months. SIX MONTHS! I only use this laptop for work if Im home, which isnt often. Ive used it probably two-3 times a week for a few hours since I got it. I do not recommend this product at all.

I bought this computer as a back-up machine that I can use for basic work if my desktop computer is in the shop. This laptop appears to be fine for that purpose.

As I would do with any new computer, spend a full day getting rid of the junk programs pre-installed and replace with my preferred programs, opt out of S mode (irrelevant that this laptop has Windows S, easy to switch), then customize to my liking. Finally! Now ready to use it. Its for work, no video games, no heavy draw on the CPU, but Ive noticed the battery only lasts barely past 3 hours! Since I use it at home not a problem, so overall happy with the convenience this provides

Overall this is a decent little computer it has a nice sleek look and its fast. but thats about all I can say. When I opened the box the first thing I noticed was how thin and low quality the plastic is. The frame was popped out of place and I had to snap it back together. Overall it just has a very cheap feel. Everytime I pick it up and open it feels like its going to break.

I returned the laptop, it would not connect to WiFi

Computer was easy to set up. Plugged in my printer and the computer asked if I wanted it set up, I clicked on yes and it was set up. How easy that was! I have always had problems with a new printer not this time!

Great screen quality and lightweight. Easy touch screen, very nice replacement, usual HP dependablity.

Do not buy from them..DIGJUNGLE..this company is the worst!! No manners, the indian guy was soooo rude!!! The HP computer I bought from them is already having keyboard issues 6 months in, not sure if they sold me a refurbished computer as new. save urself the headache and buy directly from hp, might cost a bit more , at least u are sure its legit brand new!!!
