I recently purchased this security camera and have been mostly happy with it. The 2K QHD video quality is better than others I have used, and the night vision is a great feature. Its so nice to be able to see whats happening in my yard at night, and the video is clear and relatively smooth. I also appreciate the AI smart algorithms that enhance human recognition and only record when a person is present, but it does sometimes get fooled by birds. The floodlight is also a nice feature, providing plenty of brightness to light up my property. Its great to have a little extra security at night, and the 18 honeycomb design of the light makes it illuminate a wide area. One of the standout features of this security camera is the solar panel and rechargeable batteries. I love that I dont have to worry about constantly recharging the batteries, and the solar panel ensures that the camera always has enough power. Its great to be able to install the camera wherever I want without worrying about power outlets. The setup was also super easy - all I had to do was scan the code and connect to my WiFi network. It did take a couple of tries. The only downside is that the WiFi connection can be a little unstable at times, but this hasnt been a major issue for me. Overall, Im happy with my purchase and would recommend this camera to others. Hopefully I wont need the 2-year warranty. I will report back when, and if, it dies.

It took me around half an hour to set up. This has worked out beautifully. Several reasons I love it. 1. I dont need to pay the monthly fee as some other brands do when they record the videos or photos and I want to download or watch the videos or photos (three years ago I bought a very famous brand peephole camera which needs $3 per month). 2. This one can automatically record videos/photos when it detects the motion (shown in the photos) and the lights will turn on. 3. Powered by solar panel coming with the camera, it is free from hard-wired power. 4. Very good water-proof design (I have no chance to check yet). I would love it more if it can come with the micro SD card or be designed without an external SD card will be better for being water-proof.

I really like this solar cam. I bought 2 of them for more security at home. I’ve install one on my front porch and the other in my alleyway. I like it so much because even at night it still detect and flashes the light to view in color. Nice and the best the alarm system. I hope it come with internal memory to save the videos or better yet if you could save all the videos on your phone.

We were looking for an affordable camera for our new place. It gets really dark at night and knowing the light comes on and records gave us a lot of peace of mind. Weve had it for about a month now and love it. It works great and you can view the movement snippets at a later date. Would definitely recommend for some added safety. One thing to keep in mind though is that you will need a SD card if you want to be able to record.

I own several of these cameras, which I user primarily for residential surveillance. So far they have all held up up the Arizona sun. This model features solar power AND a floodlight. It’s built solid with a glossy finish, easy mounting and diversity antennas so even if you’re some distance from your router, you should still get a signal. The solar panel makes installation possible virtually anywhere. 2K resolution with good low light will bring your subjects in more clearly than HD resolution. You will need the free app, CloudEdge to view the camera and it’s currently only possible to view on mobile devices. The only criticism I have is it takes a few seconds for a motion event to trigger recording so if someone passes by quickly, the camera might pick up the activity late, or not pick it up at all. An alternate location for the camera may improve this. I’ll probably get another one to cover both sides of the house.

I purchased this solar camera to place on my property far away from any electrical. I was very skeptical about how the solar panel was going to work, and power the light/camera, but so far it has worked perfectly. I plan to purchase more of these.
