I received 2 in the box. I used one for my front door and the other for my balcony door to keep my autistic son from getting any flight risk notions! It sticks good, it’s never came off. He’s resistant to fleeing due to the attachment holding the door knob in place, preventing it from releasing the lock.

Needed that to prevent our retriever from opening the doors, worked like a charm.
